How to stick on your goals: from goals setting to goals achieving person

What transform you from a goals-setting person to goals-aching person?

1. Having a goal which is APPEALING/CHALLENGING/DEFINITENESS/CONNECTING WITH YOUR DESIRE/PURPOSE

You may hear about SMART goal but before using that SMART goal technique, you need to think big for yourself. SMART goal can trap you by giving you chances to set goals in your comfort zone.

If you have set your goals, take a moment to re-evaluate it:

- Make you feel scared

- Make you feel challenged

- Make you feel excited

- Connect with your purpose/your desire

The bottom line is it makes you push yourself to take BOLD ACTION, to go extra mile. You may not know how to achieve it yet but you are excited because if you crash it, you raise to another standard in life, you discover more about yourself.

If you set a goal in your comfort zone, you will not feel excited maybe stressful because of getting it done on that day but not because you may discover about your ability.

2. Emotion + mind + body working for the goals

If you do not emotionally connect with it, your body will resit.

Every morning:

- Visualize your journey from you are now, overcome challenges and achieve the goals. You keep your smiles on the way no matter how difficult it might be.

- Feel it, See it, touch it, even smell it

(Draw the picture of it? Stick it around your house?)

3. Find an accountable friend for it

Share it with your coach/mentor/friends who lift you up and believe in your potential.

They will keep accountability for you to achieve that goals.

Listen to other people's goals to charge your goals by momentum also. Cheers other people which automatically you cheer yourself.

You are more than any moment

You are more than any moment

How to feel alive : progressing; the power of moment

What is the biggest fear – losing your job is not problem anymore if you hear you have cancer

What is the best thing that could happen in your life?

Affirmation verbally not enough – incantation feeling

Think about the moment that you achieve your goals – make it the whole body feeling – now I am the voice, I will lead not follow, I will believe not doubt, I will create not destroy, I am a leader to find the art , step up , now I am the voice

You are the voice not

You live life on your standard you don’t settle

You step up and claim who you are

Your life is matter, you are a giver not a taker

You define yourself, define your life

The voice is nothing more than the meaning you are giving something you did or didn’t do.

You judge and evaluate yourself and the little voice in your head is just you “hearing” that judgment and evaluation.

Increase your PRODUCTIVITY: the rule 3

1. Live up to your best self described by 3 ADJECTIVES every single day
For ex: I am, Jessica, enthusiastic passionate patient person
To live up to your best self consciously and subconsciously by putting it on your walls, your laptops, and your phones
or set up TRIGGERS - pop up in your phone to remind you occasionally everyday.
2. Goals everyday
3 goals everyday to move you towards your long-term goals in life.
You will take action to achieve your daily goals and then move closer to your long-term goals.
It also helps you to keep the momentum with daily achievement.
3. Gear you up to wake up every morning
Refer to the book - the 5 second rule - count down to gear you up and get out of bed.
4. Control our action based on our emotions
Anytime you feel angry, count down 3 to 1 to calm down and act with your intentionally self
Reconnect with your best self that are bigger than the anger
5. Gratitude
3 things that you feel thankful for everyday. Focus on GRATITUDE to be more productive.

More self-disciplined

Our beliefs, our motivation, our action physically and emotionally connected. The mind and the body should be as a system supporting for your goals.

1. Emotionally connection

Visualization practice to emotionally connect with your task

2. Do your work before responding to the world

3. Schedule

4. Social reward

5. Recording anytime you are not desciplined or disciplined

You are more than any moment

How to feel alive : progressing; the power of moment

What is the biggest fear – losing your job is not problem anymore if you hear you have cancer

What is the best thing that could happen in your life?

Affirmation verbally not enough – incantation feeling

Does it add value to our life?

16 March, we learned different lessons. BELIEVE SMALL STEPS KEEP GOING. One speaker taught us to believe in ourselves. Another taught us to take small step and try it anyway. Another speaker showed us his perseverance. We also had a wonderful speaker who shared 'Tackle the hardest part first'.

I found another lesson for not only my speech but in doing projects in my life. CUT what does not add value. One experience speaker used to write down his speech and turned 3 sentences to 3 words while remaining same message.

I reflected back the time I could cut 4000 words essay to 2000 words essay; 5000 words to 2500 words. I never did it with my speech?

From speech to life?

Does this ADD value to my life?

Ask this question and only keep the things having the ABSOLUTE yes.

***********************************How can we stay FOCUSED***************************************

1. Using number 3 rule:

Before you do anything, before you reply to any requests, count down 3 to 1:

+ To avoid reply by your impulsive thoughts

+ You can calm down and intentionally reply

+ Repeat the process to re-check with your mission; whether the request is going to move you towards your mission in life?

+ Repeat to check whether the opportunity help you grow?

+ Does it add value to your life or people life?

2. Saying NO more often

+ Saying NO to the things which do not give you the absolute answer 'YES' for the questions above

+ Saying NO to express your respect to other that you need time to think about the request; and that you only say YES when you can be sure 100% that you can commit to it with your heart

+ Saying NO to express your respect to your self and your mission

3. Cut non-essential things

Just take a pen and a paper and draw your activity pictures.

- 5 activity you normally do every day

- 5 activity you normally do every week

- Evaluate to see whether these activities can give you the answer YES to the questions in section 1

4. Use the 9 minutes rule

- Increase 9 minutes for being mindful with gratitude

- Increase 9 minutes for physical exercise

- Increase 9 minutes thinking about strategies for doing things better

- Increase 9 minutes for reading books

- Increase 9 minutes for writing journal

- Reduce 9 minutes browsing everyday

- Reduce 9 minutes watching videos or youtube in the subjects not adding value to your life

- Reduce 9 minutes of thinking about I have to do this but not doing

5. Setting triggers to remind yourself

Little things

Podcast: http://www.podcastgarden.com/episode/weekly-gratitude_100906

Weekend gratitude
I went to my favorite coffee shop for writing but got a different feeling today. I saw a family with 4 people, 2 kids and parents. I closed my laptop and admirably observed them play a game. One person acted out as an animal or famous person, others guessed. They could laugh and hugged each other when one guessed correctly.
They would cheer each other for each correct answer. The mother would take the hat of the little girl and put on her head.
Have you ever felt the same?
Little thing in life. But beautiful.
Little thing can move us if we tune in in the present moment.
Observe people, observe life to tune in the present.
Fully present to connect with our deep down.
Thanks for being you!
Thanks for life.

CHOICE ACTION FOCUS

Every morning when we are thankful to wake up and have freedom to choose to take ownership of our day. Every morning, we are thankful to be alive. Every morning, we are thankful for what we already had and believe that we deserve to have more with commitment and desire. Every morning, we are thankful to live up to our best self and purpose. Every morning, we wake up with abundant love inside us and people around us.

My thankful for today: The beauty of people around me

I planned a seminar to introduce my 2nd book but I could not get it in time yet. I thought at least I could gather friends who are deeply into personal development. They all came after I contacted them even last minutes.

We had a wonderful importune seminar where we could hear stories and what inspire us.

We went with the flow. We went with our nature paths as our true best self.

I met her, T, a 2 months ago. At the first time I could see her panic and confusion. She was always looking around for something else, not into the conversation while we were talking. We pumped up with each other another time on other meeting. T messaged me to have a coffee together. I got to know her inspiring story of following her purpose of being the model for her son.

She has a genuine smile which can move people's heart. Yesterday, T smiled and stood up and shared her voice. By chance we could see outside of the window, my team or loners, which one do you want to choose?

T asked the question, do you want to collaborate or fight by yourself.

T shared about how did she feel about her life of working with people from all walks of life and seeing them not happy. Most of us tend to live in their box, the box the society tells us to. But is it true? Only true until we let it become true.

Every morning when we wake up, knowing that we are truly living with ourselves. We allow ourselves to be out there, every single moment.

Our best self is calm, peaceful, loving, and caring. Yes, our best  self loves taking bold action. Our best self loves people and loves collaboration. No body is smarter than all of us. Nobody best self is smarter than all best self of use combined.

Every single day.

Gratitude + Ownership +Bold action + Giving

How to design your productive day

(COOL model: Connection with yourself + Ownership of your day + Organizing your day+ Laugh -bring joy to what you do)

(Evaluation for your daily activity: Does it matter? Does it move you towards your mission in life? So what is next? What can eliminate?)

How to design your productive day
Most people focus on the minority sources of success ()
Daily mind to approach a day:
1. Decide I am the owner of my day
What?
I can regulate my action, my response to a situation.
I have a freedom to choice. I have my free wheel to be the ownership of my day.
Why?
We take back control of our life, our day. We look at life as things happen for us.
If not we will feel that we are victim of our day, we tend to be victim of our own emotions.
How?
Just decide. Ask yourself that question every morning.
Anything happens just pause and use your intentional self to decide what meaning you want to give into it.
We are the give instead of passive taker.
Everyday when you wake up, ask this question.
2. Intention over impulse
Why?
If not we will re-act to things with our fast system without intention - it is impulsive intention.
The first reaction without intention or your best self (your fast system in your brain).
For example: Oprah team, before a day they ask 'What is our intention today".
"What is my focus today?"
Before you start something, you decide what intention, what meaning do you give into the action.
How?
It is the practicing process.
It is consistent process.
Just take a moment in the morning for yourself.
Just pause before taking action.
Recommended book: The power of intention
3. Slow down: 3 things that you feel thankful for
Why?
To be mindful even you have a lot of projects.
Never just click the sence and not being in the sence.
Slow down the moment that matter.

We lost the meaning of moment. The only way to live with intention our conscious mind is to be
fully in present.
If you see something nice, just appreciate that moment.
4. Bring the joy: 3 things you can do to bring joy to people you meet
- Change the energy around you to get more joy
- Bring your positive self
- Bring meaningful things into things
- For ex: Walk inside a room with joyful intention.......
5. Difference: What can you do differently to go to the next levels (strategies)

DAILY TOOL
- 3 GOALS: keep you on track
Sub-goals
Actions for each goal
- people reaching out/waiting on/accumulated
- Projects with outcomes for your day
- Evaluation: what matters? what next?
Eliminating things do not matter

How our brain works? How to maximize our performance?

This is a series interviews with Chris Walton - an internationally recognised performance psychologist, and the author of two best-selling books: The Gamma Mindset (creating the peak brain state); and Peak Performance in 60 Seconds  (the 4 essentials to maximise your energy, resilience and performance).

Meet Chris online at: http://www.chriswaltonuk.com/

Day 1: Why and how limiting beliefs work?

4 big ideas explained by Chris (check more details at: http://www.gammamindset.com/the-4-myths-and-facts-about-changing-your-mindset/)

1. Beliefs change easily because our brains are continually forming new neural connections and are extremely adaptable. Metaphorically, changing subconscious beliefs is like revising a document in a computer.

2. We know that our belief systems at the most fundamental level are specific patterns of energy and information within the body. Working with the matrix system of the body allows us to change our beliefs quickly and effectively.

3. The most efficient way to change subconscious beliefs is to have the latest understanding of your mind–body ‘operating system’ and to use a set of energetic psychology tools that provide a way to change deep-seated beliefs.

4. The doorway to your subconscious mind is your body. Energy psychology tells us that our bodies encode everything we believe.

See you in our next interview about HOW WE CAN DO IT?

Decide to empower your empowering beliefs today!

Decisions determine your action that determine your future.

From http://www.gammamindset.com/ of Chris

We have been there

It was unexpected interview with one of a senior leader of an international IT consultant company in the UK.

People attend the meeting is supposed to interact with 2 other people to exchange business information. Jam accidentally thought I needed to talk with Din so he introduced me to Din.

Later on, Din started sharing about how did he build his career from being a delivery guy (as my memory).

Using his sincere voice, he told me: Never forget where did you come from. Knowing that you have been through that situation and treat people with respect.

Not only in leadership journey, I arguably believe that we all need to treat everyone with respect and support because no matter how far we have gone on our journey, we have been in that situation.

CUT = Choose Useful Things

How to FOCUS on things that matter and advance our life: FILTERING, ORGANISING, AND CUTTING USELESS STUFF.

How to say YES/NO to different opportunities to make sure we keep on the track of advancing our life.

1. List 5 major projects that you have been focusing on

2. Evaluate these projects based on 5 criteria below:

- Being:  Will it make fee you are yourself?

- Passion: Is it what you are passionate about, would enjoy doing for long-term even without money, status, recognition or power?

- Contribution: Will it help you connect better with the world? Will it help you connect better with others? Will it help you contribute to your family, society or the world better?

- Raise your standards: Will it challenge you? Will it make you out of your comfort zone? Will it raise your standard?

- Payoff: Is this goal or activity something that will lead to a useful outcome for you?

3. Cut off what having low scores or think about advancing them if you prefer to cut off other activity instead.

Have you grown 'success seed"? and CYT model to next level of success

Vietnamese has a lot of meaningful folktales. One day I went across a metaphor that has engraved in my mind till now: planting seeds.

You have freedom to choose which 'seed' to grow every single day.

Which seed are you

CYT framework : Change your thoughts

1. Catch your awareness of thoughts

- What kind of seeds do you choose to plant and water every single day

2. Changes your thoughts

- Any thoughts come to your mind, just pause and then think from your intentional self to redirect the negative thoughts (which do not serve you, your life, or your purpose anymore)

- Or replace positive thoughts

3. Accumulate your positive actionable thoughts

- Reading books

- Think from successful people

- Surrounded yourself by people who lift up you and then lift up others

Choose successful seed and grow it everyday with:

- Positive thoughts

- Action

- Uplifting environment

how to identify the successful seed? See you in the next video

Make a breakthrough to your next level of success

'nLevel' - It is one of the strategies that I will share with you with insightful information in our LIVE MONTHLY high performance program:

http://jen-vuhuong.thinkific.com/courses/take/high-performers/

Life is a series of different level of success or achievement or results (one may call it in different language). You need to hold to the self instead of the current situation and achievement to decide your future. The self has unlimited power and the only way to unleash it is to breakthrough to the unknown in the next level success:

1Level (current situation):

- Clarify what have made you success today: your competences?

- Clarify problems why your competences do not help you make a breakthrough to the next level of success:

+ Your competences are scaled with the mindset of current level of success not the next level of success

+ Your competences preserver you in your comfort zones

+ Your competences drive you to perfect them for current level of success

2Level (next level of success):

- Unknown

- Scary

- Struggles

- Exciting

To breakthrough to the next level of success:

- Choose to focus your mindset on the 2Level

How? Learned from the people who have achieved the level you want to? Reading books and keeping developing yourself? Or if you are the top then just spend everyday 20% your time to think about what can you do differently to be different?

- Practice everyday to focus your mind on the 2Level

- Identify steps required to go to 2Level:

How? Develop your competences with other distinctions based on the categories of 2Level. For example, you are a successful writer with 1 best selling book in 1Level; your 2Level is another book or maybe creating a world workshop to teach people? So you need to develop your public speaking, contact with people have been doing tours? etc. Some of you may be a great engineer in 1Level, and quite your job to write (2Level). You need to start writing everyday....

- You need to build your new habits routines and your schedules

- Honor struggles? Knowing that you are out of your comfort zones!

How? Do it everyday and keep believing? How? Just think about the worse case is you not getting there but you move forwards? if you dont stop! You will get there!

Don't wait! Have ever wanted to ask? Just ask

Have you ever tried to ask?

It is an exercise for you. If you are a person who desire of doing something that matter. You admire somebody and really want to reach out to them. However, you never actually do it. You may think you need to wait until one day you become somebody to ask. The fact is that there are no such ‘one day’ and ‘one day’ can be today.

I wrote an email to two top leaders in the UK to interview them and got their replies with willingness to share. My friends have shared same stories. When they started their businesses, they really wanted to partner with successful entrepreneurs, they wrote letters to express how much thankful they felt to be inspired by these people, and asked them for interviewing. More than 70% of them replied with willingness to help.

So my friends, don’t want for becoming somebody because you are somebody if you believe so. And don’t need to wait till ‘one day’ because the ‘one day’ is today.

How to ask?

- Express your gratitude of being inspired by them

- What parts of their work that you get inspired, be specific

- Use the common community that you and the person has to let the person feel that they need to have responsibility as a member in that community ( For example: If you are in consultant community, present yourself belong to the community)

- Clarify the purpose of your asking, people are willing to help the people who have deep desire and know that they want to do and why they do it

- What are the benefits that the person you reach out can gain, is it just reputation, is it just expressing the kindness, is this more than that? Think for them, be a giver not only a taker

- Integrity

And if you don’t get response, try again and keep working on yourself.

I knew a girl made her dream come true – working with her mentor- after 4 months of keeping asking him. She didn’t get respond but she didn’t give up. She told him if she could work with him, she could leave her PhD study. She could do whatever it took to make it happen.

What is about you? Don’t wait! Don’t hesitate without action! You are somebody! One day is today!

Understanding our emotions at work

1. Emotions

Emotions are the signals for our decisions. All of our decisions are indirectly or directly connected with our emotions. Emotions are our responds in a particular context at a particular interaction with people or event.

2. Emotions in organisations

Expressing emotions are not encouraged in working places. Expressing emotions are often seen as symptoms of weaknesses and may make us vulnerable.

Emotions are also seen with negative aspects. Researchers have been developed different theories and seem to create more room for negative feelings rather than positive feelings.

We may want to look at the emotions themselves in a particular contact but not social constructed terms. For example, anger can have a positive impact in terms of embracing changes and innovation.

We may want to manage our reactions intentionally instead of impulsively emotionally. We don't need to and cannot stop our emotions but we can manage what we really response after having the emotions. Emotions themselves make us having feeling of belonging. Expressing emotions are considered as we can express our self.

Hence, organisation may want to create rooms for expressing emotions by being supportive by asking the reasons behind their emotions.  They also can give constructive feedback and give individuals more time to think about their decisions caused by their emotions.

3. What and who influence emotions

Social constructionist theories have been more and more common compared to psychoanalytical theories. Our cultural and political context influence the emotions that we express, hide, and shape. Some culture aspects or gender, race, social class, city, etc also influence our emotions.

4. How to measure emotions

5. How to manage emotions

We need to alter our emotional responses.

Emotional intellegience has been a well-known theory for emotions management.

  • Self-awareness
  • Self-management
  • Social awareness
  • Relationships

Two limitations are found in the theories:

  • Not coming from original research so does not clearly identify whether really an intelligence (stronger evidence to link to personality)
  • Difficulties with measuring due to subjectivity of emotions (measuring by asking people around the person)

  • EI depends on context

6. Emotional labour

  • Example of call center staffs who always need to follow a script.
  • A hair dresser who always need to be friendly with customers.

People have to express the feeling that you may not want to or have to suppress the feeling that you want to. And there are normally penalty for not following emotional rules. For example, getting laid off or complaining from bosses. Most interestingly, your self questions you whether are you really you or not.

Conclusion:

The study of emotions is central to our understanding of organisational behaviour and an increasingly important topic that is linked with other topics (Culture, Change Management, Leadership, etc).

Consulting both psychoanalytic and social constructionist resources about emotions, links the unconscious and individual biography –your own identity, your personal history as an individual – to…. group, cultural, political processes. We may privately process emotions at work, and we may have to perform our emotions at work

How to manage negative feelings: PAUSES model

Series videos - belong to the book 'Create your passionate career':

Negative feelings are the results of your reactions in a particular circumstances and you are the ones who perceive and feel that. Other people may see that but feel in different ways. Knowing negative feelings are contextually constructed by you, you can change it. Therefore, the big question is that which feelings that don’t benefit for your life anymore. If now you spend 10 minutes to list all the times you have emotions that lead to bad results, you may want to manage them.

Negative feelings can come when you wake up in a morning, when you talk with somebody. In any different forms, they are coming from the interactions with the outside world or inside world and it is the result of the difference between your identity and your perceived identity. If your identity is not well recognised, you tend to have negative emotions.

Therefore, we can manage that by still being ourselves and manage the negative feelings.

1st step: ACKNOWLEDGING knowing that you can change it, and it is a learning process, it has nothing to do with your true best self. It is exactly as doing exercise to gain muscles. The more you practice, the more you get better at it.

Ack that negative feelings don’t move you towards the person you want to be, don’t build up your relationships or better your life.

2nd step:  PAUSE to skip the impulsive self

Anytime you tend to respond in a situation with negative feelings, just pause. Instead of using the impulsive self, use your intentional self to respond.

Just take an example, think about a time you just said something and you felt bad about what you said. Simply, the intentional self is more calm and less impulsive.

3rd step: PAUSE longer to connect with your best self

Your highest self will react

Any day you think about a moment that you said something to somebody and you feel oh my god, I was mean. The longer the gap between simulating the situation to the intentional self, you tend to see the situation better. When you step back, you see there should not be any anger in that situation. Or just think about now, you read a situation of somebody gets super angry, you may not feel as angry as them. If you are, you need to practice more to change it.

Just ask your self, if you are in peace and fresh, would you re-act the same.

4th step: PAUSE to think from other aspects

Have you ever thought the situation is not as bad as you think.

The person may be not mean what you thought.

Only we think from other aspects, we can see the picture better. If somebody hits you on the road because he is hurry, he may go to meet somebody in urgent.

Maybe there are some mistranslation there.

5th step: Replacing negative feelings with positive feelings by creating positive feelings

Transformation story:

Are you letting 'negative feelings' build a wall between your BEST self and the world?
***********************
‘What are you doing here?’, I was walking pass by the lab in my university and saw An, a friend who I met in a social meeting 3 months ago. We clicked in at the first time we met as long-lost friends. It was a hurry meeting so I didn’t stay and talked with An but I had a strong feeling that we would meet again and we may establish a great friendship. An is a loveable person with a warm and bright smile and vibrant energy.
This time I found An different. Her smile and energy were still there but were hold behind a wall. The wall created a gap between her self and the outside world. I felt she wanted to keep the wall there and not talking to people. Despite what I felt, I went to hug her and said how much happy to see her in my university which was far from where she lived and worked.
The hug helped. She smiled. But the wall was still there. I said by to her and went to a meeting. I came back to the lab and didn’t see An anymore. I sit there for a while. Suddenly I saw An came back and prepared to leave. I went to say bye to her. She was skeptical. I hugged her stronger and said how much happy to see her again and asked about her new year. The wall started felling down. She started telling me about some problems have been going on in her life recently.
And we met the next day to share with each other.
An shared about her anxiety and panic she had during the last month. She used to have a great life style with networking, doing sports and loving her job. She felt she lost her self recently without knowing it.
We wrote down the transition time to find the triggers for the shift in her feeling. And knowing that if negative feelings can come then positive feelings can. Knowing that negative feelings can be accumulated then positive feelings can be. We wrote an action plan to bring her best self back or to let her bring her best self out there everyday by breaking the wall that negative feelings built.
Step 1: How to describe your BEST self, the one you want to live up to everyday (such as present, passionate, etc)
Step 2: Using HOOK (setting alarm, writing it on a paper, setting on your laptop’s wallpaper, etc) to remind your self living up to that person everyday
Step 3: Using ACCOUNTABILITY (mentor, positive community, etc) to keep you on track
Step 4: Keep GRATITUDE journal: write 3 things you feel thankful for everyday
Step 5: DO 3 things differently everyday to improve your skills, your jobs, or your health
The one thing cannot be rated is your CHOICE to practice it with consistency.

Always go the extra mile with boldness and integrity

Moment of the week: INTEGRITY + DESIRE + 1 SIMPLE IDEA + BOLD ACTION + GO EXTRA MILES = BOLD BUSINESS
It is the second time that I have a chance to listen to Karran speech (Chancellor of the University of Birmingham; founder of Cobra beer). His integrity makes his speech inspiring no matter how many times you listen to it. His integrity makes the timeless value of the speech. The success of a person may make us admire at first sight but, their integrity makes us admire them forever.
The second thing I think we can learn from Karran is to have a desire of making a difference. We need to be determined by our desire. From that point, at a particular moment, we may see a simple idea and get it go as a business. Taking bold moves to get the business go. If we are not determined, we do not recognize the opportunity even it is surrounding us. When determination meets the opportunity, we have 'luck.'
Thirdly, Karran teaches us to control our thoughts because our thoughts shape our words, our words shape our actions, our actions shape our habits, our habits shape our values, and our values shape our reality.
The one has struggled me the most any time to listen to Karran is to go the extra mile, always to do things better. Our momentum reaches its highest levels when we go extra miles.
One last thing cannot be rated is the reason behind what we do. A big WHY helps us deal with struggles in our long journey.

Not only being inspired by experienced entrepreneur as Karran, but I was also inspired by a young entrepreneur who just opened his barber shop in our university after two years of convincing the university for the permission. He shared that he had the desire of opening his business for a long time before one day he went to the internet and searched for the nearest barber shop, he found the nearest one was miles away. The university has around 50,000 students, but there had never been in barber shop nearby. He started planning and staying in the process of convincing the university that they business would work. His persistence made his business happen.

Let's take a moment to reflect and question whether we can do things better? why we do what we do? are we really living up with our integrity - our best self?
Are we taking bold action to achieve what we desire? Are we making contribution to the society?

Our thoughts shape our reality

Our thoughts shape our reality
The topic of ‘reality’ is often discussed regarding whether we can change the reality. The ultimate goal should be whether it advances of our life or not.
If you look at the collection of letters below, what would be your thoughts:
YOUARENOWHERE
Most of us will see it like ‘You are nowhere’ even it can be ‘You are now here.'
One seems to be negative while other is positive.  One seems to be de-motivation while the other one is motivation. So why don’t we use our ability to define the real events.
---REALITY means our ABILITY to deal with our THOUGHTS  on the REAL events in life----

I remember my sister story – she had a lot of struggles in her life – motorbike accident – she had to stop her education – she felt she was unlucky and she felt miserable – Everyone looked at her and said wow poor her. I was, on the other hand, admired how she could over come the situation. One day she told me named her dog to feel luckier. She became more positive. She felt happy all the time. She had problems with her jobs; her legs got hurt, sometimes but she was so happy. She was positive. She shaped her reality by using accumulating her positive thoughts. Anytime she looked at the dog; it reminded her that she was lucky so she felt happy. The remediation was accumulated enough to become her empowering beliefs that made her happy.
1. Evaluation
With any events, you need to bench it to align with your positive thoughts and your goals.
If the thoughts are beneficial for your goals, keep them.
If the thoughts are not, redirect them or let them go.
2. Accumulation
+ Remind to leave up to your best self everyday (using triggers on phone or bringing your best self note everywhere you go)
+ Surrounded by successful minded people
+ Read positive books
+ Write gratitude journal everyday
3. Take action
+ 3 things you need to do to move towards your goals (writing or speaking if you are working to become a writer or a speaker, etc)
+ When you get results, no matter how good or bad the results are, remember you have tried your best, and you can always get better everyday. Move on. Continous improvement process.

Our thoughts can shape our reality, so we need to give the power on only positive thoughts that support our mission.

Keep believing and taking action!
