THE NEXT CREATIVE LEADERS
The NEXT Creative Leaders was founded by Jen VuHuong, a Chevening and Erasmus Mundus alumna, in 2025.
Its mission is to empower youth from developing countries to become creative, employable, and entrepreneurial leaders ready to shape their futures, solve real-world challenges, and lead with the 7Cs: Confidence, Competence, Communication, Creativity, Collaboration, Commitment, and Compassion.
By 2026. The next creative leaders have inspired 50+, next leaders from 9 provinces of Vietnam, forming the first 10 next creative leaders in its first cohort, supported by the UK Government, Chevening alumni, Toastmasters International…coming from 6 countries.
HEC: Hanoi Entrepreneur Community
Where conscious creators, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders co-evolve through a joyful, insightful, and global community.
Founded by Jen in 2018 based on 15+ years of building international communities.

SIC is one of the first pioneering programs in Vietnam to train innovation mentors and coaches aligned with international standards.

+ Co-created and led by Jen since the first season in 2021
+ Jen continued developing the program beyond the completion of the government project in 2022
By 2026, SIC has trained 50+ leaders in education and business across 10+ provinces in Vietnam.
Lab2market (Research Commercialization Incubation and Venture Builder)

Lab2Market is the first national incubation and venture builder program in Vietnam focused on commercializing research outcomes from universities and research institutes.

+ Jen has been a co-creator and program director since 2021
