🌱 GRATITUDE #REBIRTH #TÁI SINH #AWARENESS ❤️

Grateful for the soul of Singer Tung Duong (whom I don’t yet know well), whose influence has made the theme of 'Rebirth' feel so close and naturally accepted.
Art has the incredible power to melt the differences in age, gender, and perspective.

🌿 Rebirth: A Personal Journey

Jen began writing Rebirth in 2022, during a time when she was "dying to the unnecessary parts of herself and being reborn."

When the book was written, it became clear that this theme of rebirth would resonate with a small but deeply connected audience.

And in 2024, when the book was published, it found its way to those very souls—a beautiful outcome in itself. ❤️

Then, Tung Duong released his powerful song Rebirth—and suddenly, even more people began to resonate with the theme. Thanks to him, many embraced and prepared for their own journeys of rebirth in a profound and authentic way.

💫 A Journey of Connections

We are grateful for the coincidences that shape our journey of rebirth:

2018: A chance meeting at the British Embassy event for the Queen’s Birthday, full of gratitude for the Chevening Awards (FCDO) (thanks to sis Mai Thu Ha).
2024: Our rebirth-themed works—Tung Duong's song Rebirth and Jen's book Rebirth—come to life.
The 80s: Both Tung Duong and Jen were born in Ha Bac (now Bac Ninh, Bac Giang).

🌸 Life's Extraordinary Unfolding

Everything unfolds in ways we can’t always predict—but we know this: rebirth happens every day. It happens in our own way, with every connection, moment, and change.

We are reborn daily. And everything is intertwined, guiding us toward the next beautiful phase.

With gratitude and awareness,
❤️ Jen

💃 LIFE IS THE DANCER, WE ARE THE DANCE 🕺

#GreatDayForUs

“When you choose to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance. What I know for sure is that every day brings a chance for you to draw in a breath, kick off your shoes, and step out and dance—to live free of regret and filled with as much joy, fun, and laughter as you can stand. You can either waltz boldly onto the stage of life and live the way you know your spirit is nudging you to, or you can sit quietly by the wall, receding into the shadows of fear and self-doubt.”
Oprah Winfrey, What I Know For Sure

✨ A Moment of Joy

The video and picture shared are from 2023, taken during the celebration night of our global IEOM conference. We were surrounded by music, and although many of us had never heard the band before or had any formal training in music, we decided to join in and perform.

At first, it felt a bit strange, but soon we were filled with pure joy—the kind that only comes from letting go, embracing the moment, and dancing with life.

💫 Dancing with Life

Life is a dance, and we are its dancers. Every day offers us a chance to choose how we show up. We can either step back and let fear control us, or we can boldly step forward—into joy, into laughter, into freedom.

So today, I invite you to dance with life. Live freely, without regret. Find joy in the little moments, and let your spirit lead the way.

🌱 Live in the Flow

When you dance with life, you create a flow of energy that transforms every experience, every challenge, and every moment. It’s about being present, embracing the unknown, and trusting that the music of life will guide you.

Wishing you a day filled with movement, laughter, and joy.

2025 BLOSSOMING ❤️ TRUST

Now is great, and at some point, all things start making deeper and greater sense—all the dots connect. Every 'dot' is a part of us.

“You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something—your gut, destiny, life, karma…”
Steve Jobs

✨ Trusting the Journey: Connecting the Dots

As I step into 2025, I'm reminded once again of how important it is to trust the process of life, and the path that each dot leads us on.

I recently had the chance to reconnect with Eduard Bellvert, a Spanish friend I met back in 2013 when we were both studying in the same master's program in innovation. Today, Eduard is thriving in the world of incubation and commercialization.

🌍 The Power of Trust: A Full Circle Moment

Eduard’s visit to Vietnam in 2025 brought our paths together once again. He visited Apicoo Robotics, where Dương Đình Huy works. Huy, who previously incubated Apicoo through Lab2Market – Bringing Research to Life, is now planning his next chapter in Europe. This is a perfect example of how the dots we connect today often come full circle and create opportunities in the future.

💡 How Our Dots Intersect

As I reflect on these connections, I see the journey I’ve taken: From studying technology at Hanoi University of Science and Technology to working with Samsung and a Dell partner, pursuing business innovation in Spain, and studying International Management in the UK.

Today, I focus on personal leadership development—a field I’ve been immersed in since childhood.

🔑 Trust in the Process

Trusting the dots of our life journey is powerful. It’s not always clear where each step is leading, but with time, everything falls into place. Just as Eduard, Huy, and I are connected by our past experiences, so are you connected to your own journey, purpose, and people.

🌱 Trust Yourself, Trust Life

As you read this post, may it be one of the many dots that come together in your own masterpiece. Trust yourself. Trust the process. Trust the people who cross your path. Trust life.

❤️ I trust you.

4 HABITS FOR A PRODUCTIVE & JOYFUL DAY

Set intention, Block time, Release tension, and Feel grateful
#HappyHighPerformanceHabits #JenCoaching #Rebirth

The more we practice these habits, the more we discover the rhythm and flow that suit us best. These four simple habits can elevate your productivity and bring joy into your day. Let’s dive in!

🌟 1. Set Intention – Start Your Day with Purpose

Setting an intention is like creating a roadmap for your day.
Before you jump into your tasks, take a moment to reflect on what you want to create. This could be the outcome you desire, the feeling you want to cultivate, or the person you aim to help.

Example:

  • Output: Complete a project report.

  • Feeling: Be calm and focused.

  • Person: Help a colleague with a challenge.

Setting your intention grounds you, ensuring you stay on track with what truly matters.

⏰ 2. Block Time – Protect Your Focus with Time Blocks

Time blocking is a game-changer for staying focused and productive. Create protected periods for each task to keep distractions at bay. One effective method is the Pomodoro Technique, which suggests working in 50-minute time blocks, followed by a 5-10 minute rest.

How to implement:

  • Set an alarm for 50 minutes of focused work.

  • Use the break to meditate, walk, or even stretch.

  • After a few cycles, take a longer break to refresh.

This system not only maximizes your focus but also ensures you regenerate your energy.

💆‍♀️ 3. Release Tension & Reset Your Intention

After each task, it's essential to release the tension accumulated from the previous activity before moving on to the next. A simple reset helps you transition smoothly.

How to reset:

  • Take a mindful moment: Breathe deeply and relax your shoulders.

  • Reflect on what went well in your previous task.

  • Set a new intention for the next task ahead.

By resetting, you give your mind and body the space to start fresh for each new activity.

🙏 4. Feel Grateful – Appreciate the Journey

Gratitude fuels joy, and joy fuels productivity. End your day by acknowledging everything you’re thankful for:

  • Challenges that taught you valuable lessons.

  • Surprises that led to growth.

  • Progress made by you and others.

  • Simply, the gift of life.

Gratitude is a powerful habit that transforms the way you experience the day.

HELLO TUESDAY!

Let’s make today amazing by focusing on intentional growth, connection, and gratitude.
💫 We Set Intentions for the Day
Each new day is a chance to align with our purpose. What will you create today? How do you want to feel? Start by setting clear intentions that guide your actions and mindset.

💫 We Refresh Between Activities
No matter how busy our day gets, it’s essential to reset. Pause, breathe, and reset between tasks. This helps us maintain focus and avoid burnout. A refreshed mind is a productive mind.

💫 We Co-Create Growth and Joy with Others
Growth isn’t a solo journey—it thrives when we collaborate, support, and uplift one another. Today, let’s focus on fostering connections that inspire collective joy and progress. Share, listen, and celebrate the wins together!

💫 We Say Thanks to the Challenges
Challenges are opportunities in disguise. Instead of shying away from them, let’s embrace them with gratitude. What are they teaching us? How are they pushing us to grow?

💫 We Send Love to Others
Whether through a kind word, a gesture, or simply thinking of someone, let's send out love. The energy we give comes back to us in beautiful ways.

Let’s make this Tuesday a day of co-creation, connection, and gratitude!

The ‘Gift’ of the 100Km Angkor Wat Trail Running 2025 ❤️

Jen’s journey through the 100Km Angkor Ultra Trail was a meditative and transformative experience. After two years of planning, she not only completed the race but also received an unexpected gift—finishing in 5th place—a reward she never anticipated. But the true gift went far beyond the race itself. Here’s the deeper story behind her journey:

1. The ‘Gift’ of Finishing the Run

Jen crossed the finish line hand-in-hand with two new friends who supported her through the final kilometers. To her surprise, the organizers awarded her 5th place—an outcome that was never part of her original goal. This reward wasn’t just the end result, but the culmination of everything that had led to this moment.

2. The ‘Gift’ of the Journey

Mind and Goal:

Jen’s journey to the Angkor Ultra Trail started as a distant goal. In 2023, she set the intention to run the 100Km Angkor Ultra Trail in early 2024. But at the time, she wasn’t emotionally connected to the goal. She hadn’t made a solid plan, and it didn’t feel like a priority.

By 2024, Jen had run other domestic races, gaining experience, and refining her mindset. She finally set a firm deadline: running the Angkor trail in 2025, using visualization, strong emotions, and a clear plan to make it happen. By January 2025, her body was ready, reflecting the goal her mind had committed to.

Observing the Mind Through Running:

Running 100Km is not just about physical endurance; it’s about mental discipline. During the long stretches of the race, Jen practiced observing her mind, especially when exhaustion set in.

When her legs ached and her body screamed for rest, she had two choices: exaggerate the pain or observe, accept, and continue. She faced a pivotal moment when a sign announced the final 5Km, and a brief thought of frustration arose. But a fellow runner reminded her: “Let’s enjoy every moment.”

Jen realized the struggle wasn’t physical; it was mental resistance to an unexpected reality. Once she acknowledged this, the discomfort faded, and she refocused on the beauty around her, the journey, and the company of her friend.

The Mind and Its Infinite Power:

Jen’s journey reinforced the concept of limitless potential. During her 112Km run in Da Lat, she met a Japanese runner who completed 100Km every month and planned to run 100 ultra-races in his lifetime. On the Angkor Trail, she met a runner who runs 100Km five times a month in preparation for even longer races. This challenged her perspective on limits—limits are shaped by our vision and commitment.

Bathing in the Kindness of Strangers:

Jen’s journey was filled with kindness from unexpected places. From the simple gestures of people offering their seat to Jen during tough times, to the cheerful waves of children as runners passed through villages during the race—these small acts pulled Jen into the present moment, where joy and gratitude filled the air.

Bathing in the Wonderfulness of the Universe:

At the finish line, Jen received the unexpected surprise of 5th place. This moment reminded her of something deeper: sometimes, the universe gives us exactly what we need when we least expect it.

But the most profound moment came the next morning. Jen and her British friend had been hoping to meet again, but their plans seemed uncertain. Jen let go of the attachment to the meeting and instead enjoyed the moment with her Cambodian friend. Then, out of nowhere, she found her British friend sitting at a café. The universe had aligned them once again.

Trusting the Universe

Jen’s experience in Angkor revealed something powerful about trust and detachment. The moment she stopped forcing outcomes and embraced the uncertainty, the universe responded. It was a reminder that when we trust the process, we allow space for magic to unfold.

The Mission of Planting Seeds—Beyond the Race

While reflecting on her time with friends from around the world, Jen realized that the journey wasn’t just about running a race. It was about planting seeds of rebirth, transformation, and healing.

Her time spent with her South African friend revealed an unspoken story of emotional wounds, and it was through their deep, present conversations that healing began. The universe had sent her to this moment, not just for the race, but to facilitate a moment of profound connection and personal growth.

The greatest gift of this journey wasn’t the 5th-place trophy or even the finish line. It was the discovery that our experiences, struggles, and connections are all part of a bigger picture. Sometimes, the most meaningful part of a journey is the unexpected gifts that come along the way—the gifts that help us grow, evolve, and become more connected to the universe and those around us.

❤️ The true gift is in the journey itself.

A deep sense of gratitude and pride fills my heart as I congratulate Phuong, Susu, Giang, Rita, and the entire team for their four-month journey of implementation—and for their many years of unwavering dedication in opening hearts and nurturing the seeds of commitment and inspiration in Vietnam’s future generations. ❤️

January 12: A Day of Convergence and Gratitude

On January 12, Hanoi welcomed a beautiful day filled with reflection and appreciation—a day that united us all in gratitude for the incredible work being done, and the impact it will have on the generations to come.

The journey of the past few months has been one of growth, connection, and the shared goal of empowering young minds to step into their future with purpose and passion.

Celebrating the Impact

What started as an idea has now blossomed into something much bigger—an inspiring movement that will continue to grow and affect positive change in the lives of countless individuals.

This is just the beginning.

OUR TRUE, BEST SELVES: The Apple Tree and the Banana Tree

The Apple Tree and the Banana Tree

In Ben’s garden stood two trees: a banana tree and an apple tree.

Ben, who loved bananas, would often visit the garden, stroking the banana tree and completely ignoring the apple tree. This hurt the apple tree, making it feel invisible and unappreciated.

Whenever Ben showed friends around, he praised the banana tree, openly expressing his dislike for the apple tree. Each time, the apple tree felt more and more disheartened and wished it could become a banana tree, just to gain Ben’s affection.

One day, both trees were given a unique opportunity: to attend Harvard and study techniques that would help them grow better fruit. The apple tree, feeling the pressure to change, decided to study how to produce bananas, hoping this would win Ben’s love and admiration.

After four years, the trees returned to Ben’s garden. The banana tree bore its usual large bunches of ripe, yellow bananas. Meanwhile, the apple tree, applying the techniques learned at Harvard, produced large, golden bananas—bigger and more vibrant than the ones on the banana tree.

Ben proudly brought his best friend to the garden, eager to showcase his trees. When he saw the golden bananas on the apple tree, he eagerly picked one and took a bite. But to his dismay, he spat it out—because it tasted like an apple!

Furious, Ben accused the apple tree of deceiving him. He felt betrayed and continued to criticize the tree.

Seeing Ben’s reaction, his friend calmly said, "Try it again, but this time with an open mind." He took a bite of the banana from the apple tree, smiled, and said, “It may taste like an apple, but it’s still unique and special.”

The friend then turned to the apple tree and asked it to share its story.

The apple tree explained how it had changed to produce bananas, but despite its efforts, it could never change its essence. “I will always be an apple tree,” it said, “but I am grateful for what I learned along the way.”

The friend turned to Ben and said:
“I love apples. No matter what form they take, I will always appreciate them. But Ben, you love bananas. Even if they look like bananas, as long as they taste like apples, you may never truly appreciate them for what they are.”

Ben sat in silence, realizing the truth. He had tried to change the apple tree into something it was never meant to be, pushing it to conform to his expectations.

The friend then said, "Your garden is full of different fruits. I appreciate the apples you’ve grown today. If you no longer wish to take care of this apple tree, I’ll gladly take it home and plant it in my own garden."

Ben was stunned. He had planted the apple tree, and it had value for being true to itself, even though it wasn’t what he expected. The apple tree’s value was not based on Ben’s affection but on its unique essence.

Finally, the apple tree decided: it would focus on growing the best apples it could, regardless of whether Ben kept it in his garden or whether it went to the friend’s. The apple tree now understood that its true value was in nurturing its authentic self.

APPLICATION CORNER

Ms. Hong Mai’s Perspective:
Set goals that truly align with your inner desires and core values. Seek fulfillment, not validation.

By @Viet:
Human potential is limitless—we can transform into the version of ourselves that is true, fulfilling, and authentic.

By @Thuy:
A great companion helps us gain fresh perspectives and focus on what truly matters in life and work.

By @Nam:
Though we cannot choose where we are born, we can develop the self-awareness to decide where we go and how we grow. The power to transform is within us.

Final Thought:

True growth is found in nurturing our authentic selves, not in trying to conform to someone else’s expectations. Only when we embrace our uniqueness can we truly thrive.

"GO FOR IT. I HAVE YOUR BACK."

Anna:
I wanted to pursue my passion. I wanted to go to other cities to chase my dreams...

Anna's Father:
You can always come back, baby.

With those words of unwavering support, Anna took the leap. She left home, unsure of what awaited her, but determined to follow her heart. The road wasn’t easy. Along the way, doubts, fears, and uncertainty became part of her journey. Yet each step forward made her stronger.

Over 10 years later, Anna has built four global businesses, employing 500 people. But her journey is far from over. She has now embarked on a new path, focused on personal growth and building even stronger collaborations with others.

Her story is a testament to the power of trust—how believing in someone and empowering them to face their fears can spark incredible transformations. The courage to trust others, even in the face of doubt, is a remarkable gift.

Why Trust Makes All the Difference

Anna’s father’s words weren’t just comforting—they were transformative. Trust is the cornerstone of growth, both personally and professionally. When we believe in others, we empower them to take risks, make bold choices, and achieve things they never imagined possible.

Trust doesn’t just build businesses—it builds people. And when we extend that trust, we create opportunities for exponential growth, both for ourselves and those around us.

A Journey of Growth: Lessons from Anna’s Story

  • Embrace the Uncertainty: The journey might not always be clear, but every step, every challenge, and every doubt is part of the process that shapes us into who we are meant to become.

  • Trust in Yourself: Just as Anna’s father trusted her to take risks, we must learn to trust in our own abilities and judgment.

  • Support Others: When we believe in others, we give them the courage to face their own fears. And in turn, that support often transforms into mutual growth and success.

Final Thought:

Trust is more than just a word. It’s the fuel that powers personal growth, strengthens relationships, and helps us achieve greatness together.

Wishing everyone a day filled with trust—trusting in ourselves and others, and believing that great things are possible when we support each other along the way.

2025 Blossoming ❤ #Open #GivingAndReceiving

2025 Blossoming ❤ #Open #GivingAndReceiving

And sometimes, I gave only in comfortable, favorable circumstances for myself, without considering what others truly needed—without the empathy that true giving demands.

The Struggles of Receiving

There was a time when receiving was just as challenging for me. I struggled with:

  • Receiving kindness from others.

  • Receiving help when I needed it.

  • Receiving feedback, both positive and constructive.

  • Receiving material gifts, feeling undeserving or awkward.

Maybe you’ve experienced this too. The difficulty of opening up to others, allowing them to give, and allowing yourself to be worthy of receiving.

Opening to the Flow of Giving and Receiving

Thankfully, I’ve come to realize that both giving and receiving are intertwined, forming a balanced cycle of energy and connection. With the support of my partner, friends, and my own ongoing practice, I’ve begun to open my heart to both:

  • Giving love, joy, knowledge, kindness, and support freely.

  • Receiving love, kindness, feedback, and even material things with gratitude, knowing that it’s all part of the shared human experience.

Now, we’re in the process of blossoming, together—continuously learning how to give and receive with an open heart, without fear or shame, embracing all the ways we can nourish each other.

Reflecting on Our Growth

  • Are we truly open to receiving? This doesn’t mean just material things but also kindness, feedback, love, and support.

  • Do we give from a place of true empathy and understanding of others’ needs? Or do we sometimes give to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves?

  • Can we embrace the balance of give and take and allow it to sustain the connections that nourish us?

Final Thought:

The cycle of giving and receiving is not just a transaction—it’s a dance, a flow that keeps us grounded, connected, and growing. As we open our hearts to both sides of this exchange, we begin to understand that we are worthy of both giving and receiving, and that we grow stronger together.

2025 Blossoming ❤ #DeepenAndExpand #Perspectives

We choose to experience different dimensions of life—each chapter unfolding with its own lessons and growth.

Which chapter of life are you in right now?

Portia Nelson's "There's a Hole in My Sidewalk" offers a profound reflection on the stages of personal growth through the story of five chapters in her life:

The 5 Chapters of Life: A Journey of Awareness

  1. The First Chapter: “I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost... I am helpless. It isn't my fault. It takes forever to find a way out.”

In this stage, we are unaware and feel stuck in the patterns that hold us back, often feeling like a victim of circumstance.

  2. The Second Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I pretend I don't see it. I fall in again. I can't believe I am in the same place. But it isn't my fault. It still takes me a long time to get out.”

Here, we begin to see the pattern, but we still deny its presence, repeating old behaviors and blaming external factors for our struggles.

  3. The Third Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I see it is there. I still fall in. It's a habit. My eyes are open. I know where I am. It is my fault. I get out immediately.”

In this phase, we start to take responsibility, recognizing our role in the patterns, but we still need time to break free from old habits.

  4. The Fourth Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it.”

Now, we consciously choose new paths, avoiding the traps we once fell into, empowered by the lessons learned.

  5. The Fifth Chapter: “I walk down another street.”

Finally, we move into a space where we no longer walk down the old streets. We find new avenues—free of the old patterns—allowing us to explore different dimensions of life.

Your Reflection Corner:

  • Is there anything you do repeatedly that is not working for you?

Reflect on patterns that no longer serve you—whether in relationships, work, or your personal habits.

  • What story do you tell yourself when you repeat that pattern?

Notice the narrative that keeps you in a cycle. How do you justify staying stuck? Challenge this narrative and reflect on its truth.

  • Honor the old pattern, the old story.
Recognize that these old chapters were once important, they taught you lessons, but now it's time to move forward.

  • Decide to take control of your life, your thoughts, your actions, and your words.

You have the power to create change from within. It's time to rewrite your story.

  • Choose to change for the better.

Start small—change one thing, shift one thought. Begin with the core things in your life: your values, your love, your mission.

  • Tell a new story, starting with the important things in your life (love, core values, mission, etc.).

The new story is one where you are the empowered creator of your life.

  • Take a different action from a new perspective, a new story.

Shift your perspective to allow for new choices, and with each step, your life transforms.

Final Thought:

Life is a journey of continuous self-discovery. When we choose to deepen our perspective, we shift from walking down familiar, old streets to discovering new paths that align with our true values. What chapter are you ready to step into today?

2025 Blossoming ❤️ #WeCreateHISTORY

As we step into 2025, it’s a time to reflect on the history of fighting—the struggles, the challenges, and the battles that have shaped us. We honor those stories because they are part of who we are. But now, it's time to write a new chapter.

A New Story: Flowing with Love, Joy, and Compassion

We appreciate the history of fighting, but we also recognize that it’s time to shift the narrative. The fight doesn't have to define us forever. Instead, we can create a new story—one of flowing with love, joy, and compassion.

This new story is about:

  • Flowing with Love: Love that transcends boundaries, flows freely, and connects us all. It's the force that allows us to rise above the battles we’ve faced and embrace a future of unity.

  • Choosing Joy: Not just in moments of triumph, but in the everyday—the small victories, the quiet moments, the simple things that bring us happiness.

  • Embodying Compassion: Understanding that the struggles of others are just as real as our own. Compassion moves us to act with empathy, to care without judgment, and to support one another on our individual journeys.

By honoring our history of fighting, we create space for growth—growth that is rooted in love, joy, and compassion. These values aren’t just ideals; they are powerful tools that transform us from within.

Your Reflection Corner:

  • What part of the fight in your history are you most grateful for?
Reflect on the struggles that have shaped you. What lessons did you learn from those experiences?

  • How can you transform the narrative of fighting into one of growth and love?
Consider how you might shift your mindset from simply fighting to embracing the flow of life with love, joy, and compassion.

  • Who can you support in their own journey?
Remember, we all carry battles. How can you help someone else flow through their challenges with love and understanding?

2025 Blossoming ❤ A Day... A Year... A Decade…

A Day... A Year... A Decade…

The potential within us is limitless, but often, we hold back, waiting for the “perfect moment” or for some distant “one day.” But what if today is the perfect day to begin?

A single day can shape your tomorrow.
A year can transform your path.
A decade can define your legacy.

When we stop waiting for that far-off “one day” and take action today, we realize we’re capable of so much more than we ever thought possible. It's not about waiting for everything to be right—it’s about starting, now.

What Would Your Future Self Tell You Today?

Ten years from now, your future self will have grown, expanded, and blossomed in ways you can’t yet imagine. What advice would they give you? What would they urge you to start today to ensure you don’t miss the journey to your fullest potential?

Would they tell you to:

  • Stop delaying your dreams?

  • Take the first step even when it feels uncertain?

  • Embrace your true potential, unapologetically?

  • Commit to persistent growth, no matter the challenges?

The future you want begins with the decisions you make today.

Reflect on This:

What is something you’ve been waiting for—“one day”—that you can begin now?
What would your future self say if you took that first step today?

Let’s start living fully, persistently, and intentionally—starting from this very moment.

Final Thought:

What would your future self tell you to start today? The time is now to embrace your fullest potential, deepen your values, and create the future you deserve. Let’s blossom together.
