#supersunday #rebirthleaders From Half-Felt to Wholehearted
Thank you, “half-felt", we choose to live wholeheartedly-felt - the pain, the guilt, the joy, and the abundance.
This weekend, I walked into a house of art to meet an artist and gave her my book.
As she walked downstairs, she asked:
“Have you watched the paintings yet?”
I smiled:
“I don’t feel much… I don’t have much painting experience.”
She said:
“Some are mine, some are my master’s.”
I asked: "Great. You and your master stay here?”
She said: "Yes. It is his house.”
And just like that, she led me to him.
We walked through different floors. As we sat down, he shared his journey.
Around 20 years ago, he was 40 when he left a high-paying job. The day he decided to follow his calling, he asked his three children:
“Do you want me to be a director or an artist?”
They all said: “Artist.” His wife already knew his decision was made.
From there, his new journey began. Old friends thought he was crazy. He lost many relationships. He let those voices out of his head and devoted himself fully for his calling as he did with his previous job.
He told us:
“If you already have savings and recognition, it’s one kind of journey. And for those without savings, with families to care for — you may need discipline, a stable income, and daily dedication to your passion. No matter which way, don’t live half-half. Whether you choose stability or passion, do it wholeheartedly.”
Reflecting, I remembered my friend in India, from a wealthy family, who quit his high-paying job more than 10 years ago to pursue painting. He lost friends, too. He gave himself wholly to his art, and today, he thrives.
Later, I received a message from my family. It reminded me of my 15-year journey — transitioning from engineering into a soul-based, people-centered career.
For years, I carried guilt. Guilt of not being who I “should” be. Guilt I unconsciously sent to my family, even as they loved me unconditionally. I lived half-half. When I was with family, I felt guilty about my calling. When I was with my calling, I felt guilty about my family.
Till the year I chose to feel everything wholeheartedly — even the guilt, even the pain — something shifted. Slowly, life became lighter, freer, more abundant. And the journey goes on...
To the souls who want to live the life you desire:
It is not about quitting your job tomorrow or forcing freedom.
It is about creating freedom inside, so it manifests outside.
+ Identify your reasons: freedom, ownership, service.
+ Nurture those seeds in what you do every day.
As those seeds grow, they will manifest — in a company, in a stable career, or a new path.
The key is not half-half.
It is to live wholeheartedly.
Even with the pain. Even with the guilt.
Because only then will your results be wholeheartedly abundant.
