PITSTOP in the NON-STOP journey❤
#supersundaygratitude #celebrating37yearswithjen
Do you have pitstops—stopping points that help you reflect upon the core of the nonstop journey—constantly living and experiencing? Do you take time to make the next experience more effective and meaningful?
Pitstops—stopping points—are quiet moments for you to contemplate, become an observer of what has happened, and think about your thinking habits. This can take place in the form of self-coaching or doing it with someone like a coach, mentor, or teacher who believes in your potential. To make it most sustainable, you need to practice this ability for yourself.
Jen has lived a nonstop life—nonstop in experiencing as much as possible. And the pitstops on that nonstop journey are when books are born—summarizing the practical and theoretical experiences at each stage of life.
1. PURPOSE - Life Mission (Nonstop Living, Loving, Giving)
The meaning of life for Jen revolves around "nonstop living, loving, giving", constantly living lovingly and giving:
Looking back on the journey of more than 20 years of dying and coming back to life three times.
Witnessing her siblings overcome difficulties to love and help each other.
Transforming from nearly 20 years of being quiet into someone who shares, is positive, and smiles a lot.
Feel the power of love and unconditional giving—it can transform people, heal wounds, and create endless strength to overcome difficulties.
2. Unleash Your Passion
Passion is created through nonstop action—through things that have been done—and then a career is formed, which we also call passion. Jen has experienced:
An engineering career in international corporations such as Samsung and Dell's partner.
The power of knowledge transfer.
A shift to a life career—exploring and developing human potential through writing, training, sharing, and building community programs.
3. Goal (The Goal Achiever - The 9 Foundation Mindsets to Achieve Any Goal)
The power of setting goals based on mission and core values, and establishing a personal development plan, schedule, habits, and community to realize the goal. Goals are not just goals—they are a means of measuring who you become when you achieve them.
(This book is based on Jen’s experiences winning two Chevening and Erasmus scholarships, as well as Samsung and Vietnamobile scholarships… and her lessons from the stories of scholars who achieved their goals.)
4. Leadership (Leadership Development Journey)
A journey to develop leadership potential—a comprehensive picture of leadership from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Based on Jen’s second master's thesis research in the UK, interviewing nearly 100 business leaders from Eastern and Western countries.
5. Habits (30 Days of Changing Habits)
High-performance and happy working habits, summarized from Jen’s journey of shifting identity and from the stories of others she has helped on their journey of self-development.
6. Success (Under the Iceberg of Success)
What truly makes someone successful? What we don’t see (below the iceberg) shapes what we do see (above the iceberg). Stories from the startup journeys of 14 female business leaders.
7. Self-Coaching - Rebirth (Everyone Needs a C.O.A.C.H.)
"Rebirth - 5 Habits of Self-Training Leadership": 5 habits of self-training leadership with 34 questions and 34 training situations between:
You and your team.
You and yourself.
Rebirth the next "X" years of your life to be fulfilled from the inside out.
Wishing you all meaningful pitstops—moments to summarize what you have experienced on your journey of life, discovery, and creation.
