This role is a field of legacy and committed contribution.
You are stepping into the space between Stage 3 (Co-Creator) and Stage 4 (Field Co-Leader) because of demonstrated alignment.
Since walking with Jen from SIC 2025, you have:
• Invested financially and emotionally
• Facilitated 5:34AM practices
• Practiced mentoring & coaching transformation
• Demonstrated ecosystem alignment
• Chosen community over convenience
Field Co-Leader is actualization-based leadership. It is about holding structure while honoring flow.
🌿 ROLE ESSENCE
As Field Co-Leader, you:
• Co-hold the GPS 2034 Actualization System
• Drive execution rhythm (5:34AM & core programs)
• Align finance – media – client-care flow
• Facilitate structure with consciousness
• Work strategically with Jen (not dependently, not symbolically)
This role appreciates system maturity which is your core.

1️⃣ IMMEDIATE BENEFITS (NOW)
Program Leadership & Participation
• Priority access to all GPS 2034 programs
• Co-facilitation rights for flagship programs
• Eligible to lead full delivery cycles with mentoring support
• Visibility as core GPS 2034 facilitator
Project-Based Revenue (Execution-Led)
Revenue participation is tied to real contribution.
Within the 70% execution pool:
• Revenue share per 5:34AM version delivered
• Revenue share from co-led projects
• Commission for bringing qualified external projects
2️⃣ MEDIUM-TERM BENEFITS (System Contribution Path)
Leadership Participation
With consistent contribution:
• Invitation to leadership circles
• Strategic planning access
• Authority to co-design future versions
• Ownership of vertical initiatives
Capability & Recognition
• Direct mentorship from senior system architect (Jen or other suitable partners if needed)
• Personal brand elevation inside ecosystem
• Featured facilitator recognition
System-Level Profit Participation
After at least 1 year of active contribution to 5:34AM:
You may be appreciated for:
Up to 10% from the 5:34AM System Performance Pool
(based on contribution score + governance review)
Defined as:
• Calculated from net profit (after operational costs)
• Reviewed annually
• Based on:
+ System building contribution
+ IP stewardship maturity
+ Delivery consistency
+ Financial & operational integrity
This is:
• Profit participation
• Not IP ownership
• Not brand transfer
• Not automatic entitlement
It pauses if active system contribution pauses.
3️⃣ Ecosystem Long-Term Benefit (After 3 Years of Commitment)
(Legacy Stewardship Track – After 3 Years of Commitment)
This is a stewardship-based.
Eligibility requires:
• 3 consecutive years sustained contribution
• Strategic system-building role (beyond execution)
• Proven IP protection maturity
• Financial and operational integrity
• Contribution to ecosystem architecture
If fulfilled, you may be eligible for:
Up to 3% participation from Jen’s Ecosystem Profit Pool
Applies only to Jen’s ownership portion in (not total company profits): LICA, DCI, NextU Living
Vesting Structure
Year 1 → 1%
Year 2 → 2% cumulative
Year 3 → 3% cumulative cap
If participation ends during the process, the member retains the percentage earned based on completed years of contribution and lasts within the number of year equal to the year of contribution.
Example:
• Exit after Year 1 → retains 1% for the 1 more year since the participation ends
• Exit after Year 2 → retains 2% for 2 years since the participation ends
This reflects legacy, not automatic equity, not liability-bearing ownership. It is reviewed annually.

• Access to strategic decision circles
• Co-design roadmap authority
• Option to build venture inside ecosystem
Leadership here is earned by rhythm.
Governance Principles
• This is a profit participation right, not automatic equity ownership
• Participation is subject to annual ecosystem review
• No operational cost or legal liability is required from the participant
• This model reflects legacy stewardship logic, not automatic entitlement

Brand integrity
Financial transparency
Continued active contribution

• Lead system execution (active presence)
• Protect IP standards
• Maintain operational integrity
• Align finance–media–client-care flow
• Hold weekly system reviews
• Embody growth + service mindset
Stage 4 is responsibility-centered.
🌿 THE EVOLUTION MODEL (stage 4 - stage 6)
PHASE 1 (Now → 12 Months): Strengthen Foundation
Focus:
• Deliver 2–4 full 5:34AM cycles
• Generate measurable revenue
• Bring at least 1 external project
• Hold weekly operational rhythm discipline
→ Formal confirmation as Stage 4
PHASE 2 – System Co-Leadership (Year 2–3)
Focus:
• Co-design new versions
• Mentor Stage 2–3 members
• Own a vertical (e.g., Facilitation Excellence)
• Lead system reviews
→ Ready for Venture Partner Track
PHASE 3 – Venture / Legacy Track (Year 4+)
Three possible paths:
A) Build Venture Inside Ecosystem
→ 100% ownership retained
→ 10% IP honor to Jen International (for 5 years)
→ Brand usage by written approval
B) Deep System Stewardship
→ Eligible for ecosystem portfolio participation
C) Long-Term Field Co-Lead
→ Operational leadership + revenue participation + equity ownership
Legacy is chosen. Not forced.
🌿 CLEAN GOVERNANCE CLARIFICATION
• IP honor (10%) applies only when venture is built using Jen IP / brand / network leverage
• Brand usage requires written approval
• Equity is not automatic
• Ecosystem share comes from Jen’s portion only
• All long-term participation is reviewed annually
