2025 Blossoming ❤ #Open #GivingAndReceiving

And sometimes, I gave only in comfortable, favorable circumstances for myself, without considering what others truly needed—without the empathy that true giving demands.

The Struggles of Receiving

There was a time when receiving was just as challenging for me. I struggled with:

  • Receiving kindness from others.

  • Receiving help when I needed it.

  • Receiving feedback, both positive and constructive.

  • Receiving material gifts, feeling undeserving or awkward.

Maybe you’ve experienced this too. The difficulty of opening up to others, allowing them to give, and allowing yourself to be worthy of receiving.

Opening to the Flow of Giving and Receiving

Thankfully, I’ve come to realize that both giving and receiving are intertwined, forming a balanced cycle of energy and connection. With the support of my partner, friends, and my own ongoing practice, I’ve begun to open my heart to both:

  • Giving love, joy, knowledge, kindness, and support freely.

  • Receiving love, kindness, feedback, and even material things with gratitude, knowing that it’s all part of the shared human experience.

Now, we’re in the process of blossoming, together—continuously learning how to give and receive with an open heart, without fear or shame, embracing all the ways we can nourish each other.

Reflecting on Our Growth

  • Are we truly open to receiving? This doesn’t mean just material things but also kindness, feedback, love, and support.

  • Do we give from a place of true empathy and understanding of others’ needs? Or do we sometimes give to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves?

  • Can we embrace the balance of give and take and allow it to sustain the connections that nourish us?

Final Thought:

The cycle of giving and receiving is not just a transaction—it’s a dance, a flow that keeps us grounded, connected, and growing. As we open our hearts to both sides of this exchange, we begin to understand that we are worthy of both giving and receiving, and that we grow stronger together.

We choose to experience different dimensions of life—each chapter unfolding with its own lessons and growth.

Which chapter of life are you in right now?

Portia Nelson's "There's a Hole in My Sidewalk" offers a profound reflection on the stages of personal growth through the story of five chapters in her life:

The 5 Chapters of Life: A Journey of Awareness

  1. The First Chapter: “I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost... I am helpless. It isn't my fault. It takes forever to find a way out.”

In this stage, we are unaware and feel stuck in the patterns that hold us back, often feeling like a victim of circumstance.

  2. The Second Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I pretend I don't see it. I fall in again. I can't believe I am in the same place. But it isn't my fault. It still takes me a long time to get out.”

Here, we begin to see the pattern, but we still deny its presence, repeating old behaviors and blaming external factors for our struggles.

  3. The Third Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I see it is there. I still fall in. It's a habit. My eyes are open. I know where I am. It is my fault. I get out immediately.”

In this phase, we start to take responsibility, recognizing our role in the patterns, but we still need time to break free from old habits.

  4. The Fourth Chapter: “I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it.”

Now, we consciously choose new paths, avoiding the traps we once fell into, empowered by the lessons learned.

  5. The Fifth Chapter: “I walk down another street.”

Finally, we move into a space where we no longer walk down the old streets. We find new avenues—free of the old patterns—allowing us to explore different dimensions of life.

Your Reflection Corner:

  • Is there anything you do repeatedly that is not working for you?

Reflect on patterns that no longer serve you—whether in relationships, work, or your personal habits.

  • What story do you tell yourself when you repeat that pattern?

Notice the narrative that keeps you in a cycle. How do you justify staying stuck? Challenge this narrative and reflect on its truth.

  • Honor the old pattern, the old story.
Recognize that these old chapters were once important, they taught you lessons, but now it's time to move forward.

  • Decide to take control of your life, your thoughts, your actions, and your words.

You have the power to create change from within. It's time to rewrite your story.

  • Choose to change for the better.

Start small—change one thing, shift one thought. Begin with the core things in your life: your values, your love, your mission.

  • Tell a new story, starting with the important things in your life (love, core values, mission, etc.).

The new story is one where you are the empowered creator of your life.

  • Take a different action from a new perspective, a new story.

Shift your perspective to allow for new choices, and with each step, your life transforms.

Final Thought:

Life is a journey of continuous self-discovery. When we choose to deepen our perspective, we shift from walking down familiar, old streets to discovering new paths that align with our true values. What chapter are you ready to step into today?

2025 Blossoming ❤️ #WeCreateHISTORY

As we step into 2025, it’s a time to reflect on the history of fighting—the struggles, the challenges, and the battles that have shaped us. We honor those stories because they are part of who we are. But now, it's time to write a new chapter.

A New Story: Flowing with Love, Joy, and Compassion

We appreciate the history of fighting, but we also recognize that it’s time to shift the narrative. The fight doesn't have to define us forever. Instead, we can create a new story—one of flowing with love, joy, and compassion.

This new story is about:

  • Flowing with Love: Love that transcends boundaries, flows freely, and connects us all. It's the force that allows us to rise above the battles we’ve faced and embrace a future of unity.

  • Choosing Joy: Not just in moments of triumph, but in the everyday—the small victories, the quiet moments, the simple things that bring us happiness.

  • Embodying Compassion: Understanding that the struggles of others are just as real as our own. Compassion moves us to act with empathy, to care without judgment, and to support one another on our individual journeys.

By honoring our history of fighting, we create space for growth—growth that is rooted in love, joy, and compassion. These values aren’t just ideals; they are powerful tools that transform us from within.

Your Reflection Corner:

  • What part of the fight in your history are you most grateful for?
Reflect on the struggles that have shaped you. What lessons did you learn from those experiences?

  • How can you transform the narrative of fighting into one of growth and love?
Consider how you might shift your mindset from simply fighting to embracing the flow of life with love, joy, and compassion.

  • Who can you support in their own journey?
Remember, we all carry battles. How can you help someone else flow through their challenges with love and understanding?

2025 Blossoming ❤ A Day... A Year... A Decade…

A Day... A Year... A Decade…

The potential within us is limitless, but often, we hold back, waiting for the “perfect moment” or for some distant “one day.” But what if today is the perfect day to begin?

A single day can shape your tomorrow.
A year can transform your path.
A decade can define your legacy.

When we stop waiting for that far-off “one day” and take action today, we realize we’re capable of so much more than we ever thought possible. It's not about waiting for everything to be right—it’s about starting, now.

What Would Your Future Self Tell You Today?

Ten years from now, your future self will have grown, expanded, and blossomed in ways you can’t yet imagine. What advice would they give you? What would they urge you to start today to ensure you don’t miss the journey to your fullest potential?

Would they tell you to:

  • Stop delaying your dreams?

  • Take the first step even when it feels uncertain?

  • Embrace your true potential, unapologetically?

  • Commit to persistent growth, no matter the challenges?

The future you want begins with the decisions you make today.

Reflect on This:

What is something you’ve been waiting for—“one day”—that you can begin now?
What would your future self say if you took that first step today?

Let’s start living fully, persistently, and intentionally—starting from this very moment.

Final Thought:

What would your future self tell you to start today? The time is now to embrace your fullest potential, deepen your values, and create the future you deserve. Let’s blossom together.

2025 BLOSSOMING For All of Us ❤

For All of Us ❤

It begins with a great desire.
The spark that ignites our journey starts with a dream, a wish, a longing to create something greater. It’s that inner voice calling us to rise, to step into our full potential.

It takes courage to start.
The first step is always the hardest. But the courage to begin, even when the path is unclear, is the seed from which all growth blooms. Starting takes bravery—bravery to trust in yourself, to trust in the process.

It lasts with a team and commitment.
Success isn’t a solo journey; it’s a collective effort. It’s about surrounding ourselves with those who share our vision, our energy, and our passion. Together, with commitment, we build something lasting, something meaningful.

Love, growth, and contribution fuel pure desire, courage, and commitment.
These are the forces that drive us forward:

  • Love ignites our passion to give and grow.

  • Growth is the steady journey that deepens our resilience and purpose.

  • Contribution elevates us, reminding us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

Together, they transform our desires into actions, our courage into progress, and our commitment into results.

Final Thought:

This journey isn’t just about one individual—it’s for all of us. Together, with desire, courage, and unwavering commitment, we can blossom into something greater than we could ever imagine alone.

2025 BLOSSOMING In Your Way, In Every Way—Together

In every step you take, in every direction you choose, remember: we are in this journey together.

This is not just about the path we walk individually, but how we walk it with others—embracing possibilities, fostering growth, and living with love, joy, gratitude, and compassion at the core of all we do.

Each person brings something unique to the collective journey. Together, we amplify our strengths, lift each other higher, and create something far greater than we could alone.

Possibilities await—our only limitation is the courage to take that first step.

Growth is constant—in every experience, every challenge, every new connection.

Love and joy are the light that guide us, reminding us of what matters most.

Gratitude helps us appreciate the journey, and compassion ensures we lift one another along the way.

Together, we are unstoppable. Together, we BLOSSOM.

Final Thought:

Together, we are not just individuals—we are a force of love, growth, and endless possibility. Let’s keep moving forward, hand-in-hand, and watch how we all BLOSSOM.

What we think often comes to life.

Seeing snow, we feel Christmas more vividly.
Seeing Christmas, we feel joy more clearly.

We have associated snow with winter and Christmas.
We have associated Christmas with joy.

When more than 8 billion people choose to radiate joyful energy on Christmas, we collectively feel that resonance.
From Christmas to New Year, we sense a new beginning—because more than 8 billion people are welcoming it together.

It’s wonderful that you and I are choosing to create joy and embrace new beginnings during these special moments.
Even more wonderful is the realization that we can create Christmas and New Year every day—by choosing to cultivate the energy of joy and fresh starts.

THE CUP HALF-FULL OR HALF-EMPTY? AND THE 3RD VIEW ❤️

THE CUP HALF-FULL OR HALF-EMPTY? AND THE 3RD VIEW ❤️

#Responsibility, Proactivity, Positivity #JenCoaching

The first view—the first boy:
A boy went on a mission to buy a bottle of water for his mom. On his way home, he fell and lost half of the water. When he arrived, he cried and cried because he had lost half of the bottle.

The second view—the second boy:
Another boy went on the same mission and also had an accident, falling on the street. However, when he got home, he remained positive and told his mom, "Mom, I saved half of the bottle of water!"

The third view—the third boy:
The third boy also went on a mission to buy a bottle of water and fell on the street. When he got home, he told his mom, "Mom, I'm sorry I lost half of the bottle of water, but I saved the other half. And you know what? I will work today to earn the money to buy the other half for you."

And what about you? If you were the boy, which view would you choose?

We often refer to the concept of ‘the glass half-full or half-empty’ when discussing optimism and pessimism. But there’s also a third view—where we acknowledge both the half-full and the half-empty and take action. This is where positivity meets responsibility and proactivity.

The third boy demonstrates all three:
Positivity empowers us to see challenges as opportunities and seek solutions.
Responsibility empowers us to own the truth and learn from it.
Proactivity empowers us to take action and move forward.

Let’s embrace a week filled with positivity, responsibility, and proactivity!

We got this, together!

We got this, together!

  1. Reconnect with our mission and goals.

  2. Reconnect with people who align with our mission and goals, as well as their own.

  3. Reconnect with the mindsets and skill sets that matter to our mission and goals.

  4. Reconnect with our innate courage, creativity, commitment, and joy on the journey of realizing our mission and goals.

  5. Reconnect with laughter, smiles, and gratitude.

All in all, let’s reconnect with our best, true selves—each day, together. ❤️

Alignment

Alignment
We feel truly alive when we sincerely devote ourselves—not to merely ‘answer’ someone or to ‘be seen’—but because this is the path we choose to take together.
We align with our potential, desires, passions, actions, beliefs, efforts, gratitude, and love—inside and out, everywhere, every time.

WE ARE ABUNDANCE ❤

WE ARE ABUNDANCE ❤
Are you sowing the seeds of “not good enough” or “lack” through these situations?
When you start from a place of lack, or not enough, the more you grow, the bigger that gap of lack or insufficiency becomes.
When you start from a place of enough and appreciation, over time you grow with certainty and sufficiency.

  • Every time you are sad, send a word of love to yourself and to someone else.

  • Every time you are angry, send a word of love to yourself and to someone else.

  • Every time you try to find a way to make someone like you, send a thank you to yourself for something you do well.

  • Every time you want to give a lot, ask yourself if that person truly needs your help or if you’re doing more because you want them to see you provide a lot of value and like you. Allow yourself to send appreciation to yourself for the value you bring.

Observe the negative feelings when you have them;
Be grateful for the lesson those feelings offer.
Shift your focus to fullness/positivity and do something else.
Then, in a clear state of mind, contemplate another layer of the negative feeling.

Take time to be grateful for what you have done. Let it enter your heart and mind; increase the sense of fullness, and then continue to move forward with that fullness.
