Hello, Friday #DailyDecision #SolutionCreation

Hello, Friday
#DailyDecision #SolutionCreation

Dear us,

We choose to be part of the solution—focusing on creation rather than problem consumption.

Every day, we decide to:
➕ Observe, make sense of, and act in response to what happens.
➕ Create solutions and add value, rather than just consuming problems.
➕ Be grateful and take action to move forward.

We commit to living a meaningful, authentic life—one without regrets.

GRATITUDE ❤

GRATITUDE ❤

What we think often comes to life.

Seeing snow, we feel Christmas more vividly.
Seeing Christmas, we feel joy more clearly.

We have associated snow with winter and Christmas.
We have associated Christmas with joy.

When more than 8 billion people choose to radiate joyful energy on Christmas, we collectively feel that resonance.
From Christmas to New Year, we sense a new beginning—because more than 8 billion people are welcoming it together.

It’s wonderful that you and I are choosing to create joy and embrace new beginnings during these special moments.
Even more wonderful is the realization that we can create Christmas and New Year every day—by choosing to cultivate the energy of joy and fresh starts.

GRATITUDE ❤ #SuperSundayNotes

A day... a year... we can become so much more than we think—when we stop waiting for "one day" and start today!
A decade... we can achieve far more than we imagine—when we refuse to give up and keep innovating to create deeper, wider impact.

Thank you, Phạm Dung, for not waiting but starting.
Thank you, Nguyễn Văn Linh and Hà Tiến Đạt, for not giving up but constantly improving—and above all, for continually giving.

Congratulations and gratitude to Anh Lê Đắc Lâm, Phạm Dung, and Đại Học Đại Nam for nurturing the future creative leaders of Vietnam.

What would your future self, ten years from now, tell you about living fully and persistently—starting today?

A Decade

GRATITUDE MONDAY ❤ #2014 #2024 #2034
A decade... we can do much more than we think when we stop waiting for one day and start today!
We may feel not ready, but we take that "not ready" step, and we feel ready.
Even if we still feel not ready, we’ve already started, and we’ve become more confident.

What would you say to yourself 10 years ago?
What will the version of you 10 years from now say to you today?

Start living fully today ❤

THE CUP HALF-FULL OR HALF-EMPTY? AND THE 3RD VIEW ❤️

THE CUP HALF-FULL OR HALF-EMPTY? AND THE 3RD VIEW ❤️

#Responsibility, Proactivity, Positivity #JenCoaching

The first view—the first boy:
A boy went on a mission to buy a bottle of water for his mom. On his way home, he fell and lost half of the water. When he arrived, he cried and cried because he had lost half of the bottle.

The second view—the second boy:
Another boy went on the same mission and also had an accident, falling on the street. However, when he got home, he remained positive and told his mom, "Mom, I saved half of the bottle of water!"

The third view—the third boy:
The third boy also went on a mission to buy a bottle of water and fell on the street. When he got home, he told his mom, "Mom, I'm sorry I lost half of the bottle of water, but I saved the other half. And you know what? I will work today to earn the money to buy the other half for you."

And what about you? If you were the boy, which view would you choose?

We often refer to the concept of ‘the glass half-full or half-empty’ when discussing optimism and pessimism. But there’s also a third view—where we acknowledge both the half-full and the half-empty and take action. This is where positivity meets responsibility and proactivity.

The third boy demonstrates all three:
Positivity empowers us to see challenges as opportunities and seek solutions.
Responsibility empowers us to own the truth and learn from it.
Proactivity empowers us to take action and move forward.

Let’s embrace a week filled with positivity, responsibility, and proactivity!

We got this, together!

We got this, together!

  1. Reconnect with our mission and goals.

  2. Reconnect with people who align with our mission and goals, as well as their own.

  3. Reconnect with the mindsets and skill sets that matter to our mission and goals.

  4. Reconnect with our innate courage, creativity, commitment, and joy on the journey of realizing our mission and goals.

  5. Reconnect with laughter, smiles, and gratitude.

All in all, let’s reconnect with our best, true selves—each day, together. ❤️

Alignment

Alignment
We feel truly alive when we sincerely devote ourselves—not to merely ‘answer’ someone or to ‘be seen’—but because this is the path we choose to take together.
We align with our potential, desires, passions, actions, beliefs, efforts, gratitude, and love—inside and out, everywhere, every time.

WE ARE ABUNDANCE ❤

WE ARE ABUNDANCE ❤
Are you sowing the seeds of “not good enough” or “lack” through these situations?
When you start from a place of lack, or not enough, the more you grow, the bigger that gap of lack or insufficiency becomes.
When you start from a place of enough and appreciation, over time you grow with certainty and sufficiency.

  • Every time you are sad, send a word of love to yourself and to someone else.

  • Every time you are angry, send a word of love to yourself and to someone else.

  • Every time you try to find a way to make someone like you, send a thank you to yourself for something you do well.

  • Every time you want to give a lot, ask yourself if that person truly needs your help or if you’re doing more because you want them to see you provide a lot of value and like you. Allow yourself to send appreciation to yourself for the value you bring.

Huynh Hong Mai
Observe the negative feelings when you have them;
Be grateful for the lesson those feelings offer.
Shift your focus to fullness/positivity and do something else.
Then, in a clear state of mind, contemplate another layer of the negative feeling.

Do Hong Viet
Take time to be grateful for what you have done. Let it enter your heart and mind; increase the sense of fullness, and then continue to move forward with that fullness.

OUR 'TEAM-MATES' ARE EVERYWHERE ❤

OUR 'TEAM-MATES' ARE EVERYWHERE ❤
We have TEAM-MATES everywhere we go, in every setting we are in—have you often experienced this feeling?
Each person and each thing on our daily journey is our 'team-mate.'

When you step out of the building, the key, the door, and the security guard are your 'team-mates.'
When you run on the road, the road, the trees, and the people running around you are your 'team-mates.'
When you work, you have your workplace; your office, your team members, and your partners are your 'team-mates.'
When you read messages or articles online, your phone and the Internet are your 'team-mates.'

Things that happen unexpectedly are your 'team-mates,' allowing you to experience how you behave, better understand what's deep inside you, and gain more insight into others and the life around you.
People's comments and your inner thoughts are your 'team-mates,' helping you gain a new perspective on life.

Everything comes and goes through the 'door' of your mind, and you have the right to choose to thank that 'team-mate,' experience and feel that 'team-mate.' If they have completed their mission—helping you learn something about yourself, people around you, or life—you thank them and let them take a rest if needed, and continue moving forward in life.

Wishing us to turn our road, our family, our company, and our surroundings into 'team-mates' for this journey of experiencing life.

Listening To Stranger

#supersunday #gratitudenotes

Supermarket Employee and Jen

On her way home, Jen sometimes stops by the supermarket near her house in the evening to buy fruit. During this time, the supermarket is usually quiet, and only one employee is working. This employee often appears sad and seems to have a lot on her mind.
Each time, when paying, Jen has a small conversation with her.

Jen: Hope everything is going well for you...
Supermarket Employee: Not really, I'm so sad. Everything feels like it's on me...

She continues to share her thoughts, and Jen just listens. Jen then says goodbye and wishes her to feel better soon.
Over the past month, they’ve had this conversation about three times. Last week, Jen met her again, but this time the supermarket was busier than usual.

Supermarket Employee: Hello, how are you?
Jen: Hello, you seem happy today...
Supermarket Employee: Yes, I am happier now. No more complaining or blaming...
Jen: Congratulations, I can see the joy and freshness in you...
Supermarket Employee: Thanks to you, for listening to me complain and encouraging me...

Sometimes, just listening to someone can make a meaningful contribution to their life. We don’t need to expect anything in return. When we act naturally, everything flows naturally.

A great, meaningful week for us!

'BOTTOMS UP' ❤ Finish 2024 Strong

'BOTTOMS UP' ❤ Finish 2024 Strong
A great 2025 starts with a strong finish in 2024.
#jencoaching #happyhighperformancehabits #2018Video

As we near the end of each year, Jen emphasizes this theme using the ‘Bottoms Up’ image. Imagine 2024 as a bottle of water. To welcome the "water" of 2025 — pure and abundant — we first need to drink all the "water" in the bottle of 2024.

Here’s how you can finish 2024 strong:

  1. List everything you planned at the beginning of the year but haven’t finished yet.

  2. Choose one thing that is most important to you or that you’ve delayed the longest.

  3. Write into two columns:

    • In the first column, list the reasons you haven’t completed it.

    • In the second column, write the first step you can take today to get it done.

  4. Take that first small step.

What is the one thing you’re going to finish strong in 2024?

KINDNESS - a stranger cares!

KINDNESS – A Stranger Cares!

The story "Falafel is Delicious!" from the book #30DaysChangingHabits with Phạm Dung | Team Jen Coaching

(Falafel: A traditional Middle Eastern patty or deep-fried 'doughnut' made from chickpeas or peas.)

"While studying for my Master’s in the UK, I worked as a manager at a falafel restaurant. Since the restaurant was small, I not only managed it but also occasionally cooked falafel myself.

After my first week at work, I had mastered the recipe and could prepare and serve falafel directly to customers.

One day, an elderly customer came into the store and bought 10 falafels. After receiving his food, he quietly left.

A few minutes later, I saw him return. Thinking he might have forgotten something, I asked,
'Did you forget something here?'

With a warm smile, he approached me and said:
'Yes, I forgot something! … I forgot to tell you that you did a great job. The falafel you made is delicious!'

I smiled and thanked him—because I had never been considered a good cook, and I had only just learned how to make this dish. As I stood there, still surprised, he continued:
'I think you can do whatever you set your mind to, even though I don’t know what that might be. Keep trying!'

I was stunned, and joy radiated from my heart. At that time, I was struggling to turn my passion into a career. His words—his belief that I could achieve whatever I wanted, even though he didn’t know my path or my abilities—gave me a boost of confidence in the direction I had chosen.

At that moment, I truly began to believe in the power of kindness and that 'strangers care.'

Have you ever felt the impact of receiving kindness from a stranger? Or show kindness to someone you didn’t know? A simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day and be remembered forever!"

===

Phạm Dung shared a great view from the story: 'The stranger has accumulated great things from the inside and brought it out through words. It is great to have greatness within us, it becomes greater when we bring it to the outer world, expressing our love and care for others.

===

THE 4 HABITS FOR A PRODUCTIVE JOYFUL DAY

HELLO MONDAY
THE 4 HABITS FOR A PRODUCTIVE JOYFUL DAY
‘Set intention’, ‘Block time’, ‘Release tension’ and 'Feel grateful'
#happyhighperformancehabits #jencoaching #rebirth

  • Set intention – Set an intention for the day: the outcome you want to create, the feeling you want to cultivate, and the person you will help.

  • Block time – Create protected periods for each task. For example:

    • Set a Pomodoro “time block” of about 50 minutes (many studies show this is the ideal time for deep focus).

    • Set an alarm to remind yourself to rest for about 5-10 minutes after each time block—meditate, walk around the office, or take a short break.

    • To maximize productivity, find the length of time during which you can sit and concentrate effectively. This could be up to 2 hours or more. However, for long-term sustainability, proactively schedule rest periods to recharge and regenerate energy.

  • Release tension, reset intention – Before moving on to the next activity, allow yourself to release any tension or energy from the previous task. Then, set a clear intention for what comes next.

  • Feel grateful – Appreciate challenges, unexpected moments, progress—both your own and that of others—and life itself.

And you? What habits help you stay happy and maintain high, sustainable performance?

THE 4 HABITS FOR A PRODUCTIVE JOYFUL DAY
‘Set intention’, ‘Block time’, ‘Release tension’ và 'Biết ơn'
