WHEN OUR ‘MESS’ BECOMES OUR ‘MESSAGE’

#RebirthLeadership

Yesterday, I listened to a beautiful, soulful leader share her dream.

She spoke about 11 experiences across different chapters of her life.

Different places. Different roles. Different voices.

And somewhere through them all, I heard one quiet journey: losing her own voice — and finding her way back.

Many of us know this journey.

We listen to our family. Our work. Our responsibilities. People who love us. People we want to make proud—the world around us.

And sometimes, without noticing, our own voice becomes quieter.

Not because we are weak.

Because we have learned so well how to live, adapt, achieve, care, and belong.

Until one day, something within asks:

And what about me? What do I truly want? What is my dream? What part of me wants to live again?

This is where we can call it Rebirth.

Not becoming another person. Not removing the messy parts of our story.

But returning. Listening again.

And allowing everything we have lived to teach us how we want to live now.

Maybe the journey is:

+MEET what is here.

+THANK what brought us here.

+LISTEN for what is true now.

+CHOOSE how we want to live.

+SHARE what may serve another life.

Then our experiences do not have to disappear. They become wisdom. Our scattered chapters begin to belong to one life. Our voice returns.

And slowly, our life becomes our message.

Thank you, our soulful leader, our co-walker in our rebirth journey, for sharing your dream.

We were quietly invited, each of us, to ask: What dream of mine is waiting for me to return to it?

This is how our mess becomes our message. Not because everything finally makes sense.

But because we can look at what we have lived,

thank it,

learn from it,

and choose:

How do I want to live from here?

And to anyone reading this:

Your story does not need to be perfect to have meaning.

Your voice does not need to sound like anyone else's to matter.

It becomes less about what you need to erase.

It becomes more about letting more of you be lived.
