DARE’ EVOLUTION — HOW OUR COURAGE EVOLVES

#rebirthleaders #jencoaching

'DARE' evolves as we do.

1. DARE TO GO — to grow

Dare to dream big.

Dare to begin before feeling fully confident.

Dare to take responsibility.

Dare to move through challenges.

Dare to fail, learn, and begin again.

Dare to go all the way with a wholehearted 'YES'.

Through these acts of courage, what was once 'potential' gradually becomes 'capability'.

Grateful for all the times we dared to step forward.

2. DARE TO PAUSE — to return

Then there comes a time when DARE no longer means pushing harder in the same way.

It means daring 'not to strain' ourselves toward what is expected outside, so we can stay true to what is alive inside.

Dare not to be strong all the time.

Dare to say 'NO', even when we could say yes.

Dare not to live under invisible expectations.

Dare to release a role, an image, or a relationship that once mattered.

Dare to stop proving our worth by always being useful, always giving, always solving.

Not because we have become weaker.

But because we have become grounded enough 'not to use strength to prove that we are strong.'

Grateful, too, for the armour, shells, and masks that once protected us.

And when their work is done,

dare to put them down.

3. DARE TO BE — so value can flow

And there is another kind of DARE:

Dare to be ourselves.

Not to become self-centred,

but to care for the place from which everything we offer begins.

Dare to let others carry what is theirs.

Dare not to rescue when rescue is not needed.

Dare not to attach ourselves to a person, a role, or a problem just to feel meaningful.

Dare to rest.

Dare to receive.

Dare to give our best energy to what we truly want to grow.

So that what flows from us is no longer 'value intertwined with unseen needs.'

It simply becomes:

value.

There are many beautiful expressions of DARE:

+Dare to go — to discover that we can.

+Dare to pause — to no longer need to prove.

+Dare to be — so what is good within us can naturally flow outward.

Grateful for every kind of courage that has brought us here.

And now they all can co-exist to co-evolve with us.

Which ‘dare’ is with you now?
