Your SQ (Infinite power with your IQ, EQ, & BQ)

There is a stage early in our journey

when we believe success means pushing harder.

We rely on IQ.

IQ: Intellectual Intelligence

The mind that plans, analyzes, executes.

Strategy. Logic. Discipline.

When IQ cannot explain what we are feeling,

we turn to EQ.

EQ: Emotional Intelligence

The heart that feels, names, processes, connects.

Empathy. Awareness. Relational depth.

And life eventually humbles us into something deeper.

We begin to understand BQ.

BQ — Body Intelligence

The nervous system that signals safety or danger.

The fatigue we ignore.

The contraction we override.

The breath we forget.

When someone feels “lazy,”

often their BQ is dysregulated.

When someone feels “stuck,”

often their body is protecting them.

And when nothing makes sense —

not IQ, not EQ, not even BQ —

it may be time to listen to SQ.

SQ — Soul Intelligence

The quiet knowing beneath noise.

The mission beneath fear.

The impulse that moves through the body when it feels safe.

The soul speaks through the body.

If the nervous system is in freeze,

the signal becomes distorted.

And no amount of IQ

can override a body that does not feel safe.

That is when we need SQ integrated with BQ.

It is when we can ask:

+ What happens when your soul has a mission

but your nervous system learned to survive?

+ What if you are not procrastinating —

you are protecting?

+ What if safety must come before movement?

Infinite leadership is going beyond the hustle culture,

it is integration.

IQ gives direction.

EQ gives depth.

BQ gives regulation.

SQ gives meaning.

When all four align,

you don’t force.

You don’t perform.

You don’t prove.

You flow.

We are not here to operate at 1/4 of our intelligence.

We are here to embody all of it.

That is what “1000 Souls in Me” is about.

It is remembering that inside you

live strategy, emotion, instinct —

and spirit.

And when they move together,

you become infinite flow —

not because you push,

but because you are aligned.
