“Can I throw this plant away?” the cleaning lady in our office asked Team Jen when she saw that the little plant named “Jen” had withered.

“Please don’t. We’ll try to bring it back to life,” the team said.

So they started watering it again, moved it closer to the window for sunlight, and gave it a little more care and attention.

A few days later, new life appeared.

The leaves turned green and fresh again.

Thank you to the plant for coming back to life.
Thank you to Team Jen for not giving up on it too quickly.
And thank you to the cleaning lady for noticing and telling us in time.

This small moment stayed with me.

Sometimes what looks finished may simply need the right conditions to live again:

Water. Light. Attention. Care.
And sometimes, a little time.

The same can be true for us.

A part of ourselves. A relationship. A dream. Our energy. Our work.

Some things do need to end.

But not everything that withers needs to be thrown away.

One question we can carry today:

Does this truly need to end, or does it need to be nourished differently?

May today be a day of giving and receiving the kind of care that helps life return.
