The wind stirs, waves crash, the ocean hums,
We stand between earth and sky,
Each moment—full and radiant,
Body and mind present—and grateful.

What aligns at the core—we nurture with care,
What falls out of rhythm—we release with a smile.
Standards are the moon, lighting the path through the night,
Values are the mountains, anchoring the heart amid the tide.

The current carries us home,
We merge with life’s essence,
The river seeks the sea, the sea embraces the river,
Freedom opens its vast arms around me.

Gió lay, sóng vỗ, biển ngân vang,
Ta đứng giữa thiên nhiên đất trời,
Mỗi khoảnh khắc – tròn đầy và sáng tỏ,
Thân-tâm ta hiện diện – và biết ơn.

Điều khớp lõi – ta nâng niu chăm bón,
Điều lạc nhịp – ta tiễn đi bằng nụ cười.
Tiêu chuẩn là trăng, soi lối giữa đêm,
Giá trị là núi, neo tâm giữa sóng.

Dòng chảy đưa ta về,
Ta hòa cùng nhịp sống,
Sông tìm biển, biển ôm sông,
Tự do mở rộng lòng ôm ta.
