1. Confidence
Ask: What helps me trust myself today?
✓ Practice: Self-affirmations.
✓ Example: “I trust in my ability to grow and adapt today.”
2. Competence
Ask: What skill will I commit to improve today?
✓ Practice: Choose one action to develop a strength or address a gap.
✓ Example: “I will practice concise, clear writing in today’s report.”
3. Communication
Ask: Who needs to hear my voice today, and what message matters most?
✓ Practice: Share your thoughts with authenticity and empathy.
✓ Example: “I will give feedback with care during the team session.”
4. Creativity
Ask: What new angle can I bring to my work or thinking today?
✓ Practice: Design, experiment, or imagine one idea differently.
✓ Example: “Today, I’ll reframe a challenge as a design question.”
5. Collaboration
Ask: Who can I support or co-create with today?
✓ Practice: Reach out to offer value or ask for support.
✓ Example: “I’ll invite a peer to brainstorm ideas with me.”
6. Commitment
Ask: What one promise to myself will I keep today?

7. Compassion
