Find Your Voice
Identity, self-awareness, personal story, values and the first experience of speaking from something real.
A coached leadership-voice journey where participants do more than learn how to speak. They are coached, mentored, invited to practise repeatedly, supported to speak in real communities, exposed to international environments, and encouraged to discover the message they want to carry into the world.
It is to become grounded enough to speak as yourself—and courageous enough to let that voice meet the world.
Many people have intelligence, experience, ideas, and something meaningful to contribute. Yet when they are invited to speak, present, interview, disagree, lead, or enter an international room, their voice becomes smaller than who they truly are.
NEXT LEADERS creates progressively larger, safer and more real spaces for participants to discover what happens when their authentic voice meets other people.
Public speaking is the doorway. The deeper journey is learning to trust yourself, connect with others, lead with care, and turn communication into contribution.
The programme is designed around developmental outcomes—not a rigid sequence of classes. Jen and the Jen International team may adapt the learning format, coaching depth and speaking challenges according to age, readiness, confidence and emerging needs.
Identity, self-awareness, personal story, values and the first experience of speaking from something real.
Confidence, presence, speech structure, voice, body language, preparation and constructive feedback.
Storytelling, concise expression, audience connection, listening and communicating beyond a rehearsed performance.
Collaborative leadership, peer facilitation, initiative, cross-cultural communication and growing ownership of the learning space.
Leadership message, interviews, real-world application, independent practice and communication for study, work, business or social contribution.
Integration of identity, voice, message, global perspective and leadership. Not one final lifelong message—one honest message for this chapter.
Participants learn with Jen, practise with the Jen International team, take increasing ownership with peers, speak in real communities and progressively expand the rooms in which their voice can live.

“Confidence does not need to come before action. It can be built through action, reflection, feedback and another courageous try.”
These are the programme's core learning territories—not twelve identical classes that every participant must experience in the same way.
The core philosophy remains consistent. Examples, coaching depth, practice challenges, language, international exposure and final outputs are adapted to age, experience and real-world goals.
For learners approximately 12–20.
For professionals, educators, founders, coaches and emerging speakers.
For schools, universities, companies and leadership communities.
Global confidence is difficult to build only by talking about the world. Participants need real encounters with difference.
Jen's work brings together public speaking, coaching, leadership development, education, entrepreneurship and cross-cultural community building.
NEXT LEADERS grows from years of helping people find confidence not by becoming louder, but by becoming more fully themselves—and learning to express that self with clarity, courage and care.
Jen does not ask participants to imitate a perfect speaker. She works with the person already there, then creates the challenge, coaching and real-world practice that can help the next version emerge.
We look for evidence of change, not only positive feelings after a session.
Speaking evidence, learner reflection, confidence assessment, goals and relevant parent/organisation input.
Practice, feedback, speaking milestones, peer contribution, coaching reflections and individual growth areas.
Final Messenger Voice, before-and-after evidence, personal reflection and a practical continuing-development direction.
NEXT LEADERS is intentionally designed as a coached developmental experience, not a collection of standalone public-speaking classes.

No. It is a public-speaking and global-leadership journey. English or bilingual speaking may be integrated according to learner readiness, but the programme does not replace language instruction.
No. Confidence is one of the outcomes. What matters more is willingness to practise, receive feedback, meet challenge and support other participants to grow.
No. The developmental outcomes and core philosophy remain consistent, while the mix of coaching, mentoring, training, peer practice, speaking challenges and exposure can be adapted to the people in the cohort.
International exposure is an important part of the journey, but specific activities depend on participant readiness, cohort format, location, timing and partner/community availability.
Yes. Jen International can design a pathway around youth leadership, presentations, study-abroad readiness, executive communication, leadership storytelling, innovation pitching, facilitation or intercultural teamwork.
A FIT Conversation is a short conversation to understand the learner's current confidence, goals, context, readiness and preferred format—and to see whether NEXT LEADERS is genuinely the right next step.
Through baseline and final speaking evidence, learner reflection, facilitator and peer feedback, developmental milestones, real-world outputs and a continuing-development direction.
No. Parent support matters, but the young person should also understand the journey and be willing to participate. Voice cannot be empowered through forced participation.
You do not need to become somebody else's version of a great speaker. Begin by discovering what becomes possible when you speak more fully as yourself.
