Jen International · Public Speaking for Global Leadership

NEXT
LEADERS

Empower Your Voice. Expand Your World.

A coached leadership-voice journey where participants do more than learn how to speak. They are coached, mentored, invited to practise repeatedly, supported to speak in real communities, exposed to international environments, and encouraged to discover the message they want to carry into the world.

Your voice already exists

The goal is not to become the loudest person in the room.

It is to become grounded enough to speak as yourself—and courageous enough to let that voice meet the world.

Many people have intelligence, experience, ideas, and something meaningful to contribute. Yet when they are invited to speak, present, interview, disagree, lead, or enter an international room, their voice becomes smaller than who they truly are.

NEXT LEADERS creates progressively larger, safer and more real spaces for participants to discover what happens when their authentic voice meets other people.

Know yourself before trying to impress others.
Express ideas clearly without copying somebody else's speaking style.
Build confidence through repeated action, reflection and feedback.
Meet different people and cultures without losing your own roots.
The transformation

From finding your voice
to carrying it into the world.

Public speaking is the doorway. The deeper journey is learning to trust yourself, connect with others, lead with care, and turn communication into contribution.

TEDx stage moment showing human transformation, confidence, and real public impact
Real growth is visible. Not only in a better speech, but in presence, initiative, listening, connection and the courage to step forward.
Before
  • Fear of speaking, judgement, or making mistakes
  • Ideas that feel richer inside than they sound outside
  • Uncertainty about personal voice and speaking style
  • Limited experience speaking to real audiences
  • Hesitation in interviews, groups, or unfamiliar rooms
  • Global opportunities that feel bigger than one's confidence
After
  • Greater confidence, clarity and authentic presence
  • A practical way to organise and communicate ideas
  • More ownership of one's story, message and identity
  • Repeated evidence of speaking in real communities
  • Greater confidence meeting difference and uncertainty
  • A clearer sense of how voice can become leadership and contribution
The NEXT LEADERS journey

Six stages. One evolving voice.

The programme is designed around developmental outcomes—not a rigid sequence of classes. Jen and the Jen International team may adapt the learning format, coaching depth and speaking challenges according to age, readiness, confidence and emerging needs.

STAGE 01

Find Your Voice

Who am I, and what is mine to say?

Identity, self-awareness, personal story, values and the first experience of speaking from something real.

Milestone: first community speaking experience.
STAGE 02

Trust Your Voice

Can I be seen without becoming somebody else?

Confidence, presence, speech structure, voice, body language, preparation and constructive feedback.

Milestone: second progressive community speech.
STAGE 03

Connect Through Your Voice

Can what I say genuinely reach another person?

Storytelling, concise expression, audience connection, listening and communicating beyond a rehearsed performance.

Milestones: real community sharing, GOING LIVE and selected international online exposure.
STAGE 04

Lead With Your Voice

Can I contribute without dominating—and lead without disappearing?

Collaborative leadership, peer facilitation, initiative, cross-cultural communication and growing ownership of the learning space.

Milestones: participant-led peer practice, community speaking and selected international offline exposure.
STAGE 05

Contribute Through Your Voice

What becomes possible when my voice serves something beyond me?

Leadership message, interviews, real-world application, independent practice and communication for study, work, business or social contribution.

Milestone: a mature speaking experience shaped around the participant's real-world goal.
STAGE 06

Become the Messenger

What is meaningful for me to carry forward now?

Integration of identity, voice, message, global perspective and leadership. Not one final lifelong message—one honest message for this chapter.

Milestone: THE MESSENGER VOICE Demo Day & celebration.
Flexible by design. A developmental outcome may be supported through a Jen coaching conversation, group training, mentoring, peer practice, a live speaking challenge, international exposure or another suitable intervention. The method serves the human—not the other way around.
How the journey actually happens

Not another speaking course.
A supported practice ecosystem.

Participants learn with Jen, practise with the Jen International team, take increasing ownership with peers, speak in real communities and progressively expand the rooms in which their voice can live.

Beyond the classroom

Your voice enters progressively bigger rooms.

Global confidence is difficult to build only by talking about the world. Participants need real encounters with difference.

01Yourself — personal coaching, reflection and voice identity.
02Cohort — safe practice, feedback and experimentation.
03Community — real speeches with people who genuinely listen.
04GOING LIVE — greater visibility and less controlled interaction.
05International — different accents, cultures, perspectives and rooms.
06The Messenger Voice — a message carried forward with ownership.

Engineering mind. Human heart. Global classroom.

Jen's work brings together public speaking, coaching, leadership development, education, entrepreneurship and cross-cultural community building.

NEXT LEADERS grows from years of helping people find confidence not by becoming louder, but by becoming more fully themselves—and learning to express that self with clarity, courage and care.

Jen does not ask participants to imitate a perfect speaker. She works with the person already there, then creates the challenge, coaching and real-world practice that can help the next version emerge.

Frequently asked questions

A clear beginning.

Is NEXT LEADERS an English course?

No. It is a public-speaking and global-leadership journey. English or bilingual speaking may be integrated according to learner readiness, but the programme does not replace language instruction.

Does a participant need to feel confident before joining?

No. Confidence is one of the outcomes. What matters more is willingness to practise, receive feedback, meet challenge and support other participants to grow.

Is every cohort delivered in exactly the same way?

No. The developmental outcomes and core philosophy remain consistent, while the mix of coaching, mentoring, training, peer practice, speaking challenges and exposure can be adapted to the people in the cohort.

Are international online and offline activities guaranteed?

International exposure is an important part of the journey, but specific activities depend on participant readiness, cohort format, location, timing and partner/community availability.

Can NEXT LEADERS be customised for a school or organisation?

Yes. Jen International can design a pathway around youth leadership, presentations, study-abroad readiness, executive communication, leadership storytelling, innovation pitching, facilitation or intercultural teamwork.

What is a FIT Conversation?

A FIT Conversation is a short conversation to understand the learner's current confidence, goals, context, readiness and preferred format—and to see whether NEXT LEADERS is genuinely the right next step.

How is progress measured?

Through baseline and final speaking evidence, learner reflection, facilitator and peer feedback, developmental milestones, real-world outputs and a continuing-development direction.

For youth participants, is the programme mainly the parent's decision?

No. Parent support matters, but the young person should also understand the journey and be willing to participate. Voice cannot be empowered through forced participation.

Your voice is already there

Find it. Trust it. Share it.
Let it meet the world.

You do not need to become somebody else's version of a great speaker. Begin by discovering what becomes possible when you speak more fully as yourself.
