How did coaching change my life?
I had always been a coach of myself but at that time I couldn’t coach myself. I felt that I needed someone to guide me through a new unknown career - from an engineer to fully working on training and writing to empower others to be their best. Everyone including my lovely family felt worried for me that made me feel doubtful and fearful for my new career. I was sinking in the impossibilities and limiting beliefs. Deep down in me, I knew I could do it but I just I felt I needed someone who has been in the journey to guide me.
I shared my stories in front of a public speaking club and I couldn’t believe that the mentor appeared. He told me that he would feel my burning desire in what I shared and he wanted to support me.
He became my dear mentor - my coach and most importantly my dear friend since then. He trusted me, my potential and what I could do for others. He shared with me the insights of the training/coaching/mentoring industry, he inspired the coach identity in me. With his support, I became a better coach of my own life!

It is one-to-one coaching section. Depending on each client, the different elements mentioned in the program (such as mastering beliefs, habits) will be covered.
This program is particularly for clients who want to make a change based on their own situation through a private section every week. It supposes to not last more than 3 months for each client to make a change that they want to.

I met Jen a couple weeks ago. We spent quite a lot of time talking and as a result of our conversation I finally figured out what is my purpose and with her help I set my goals. How does Jen life coaching work? Start with a free 30-minute Coaching Session. During that session you and I will identify three to five current barriers and limiting beliefs. Then you'll set challenging goals and begin defining a vision for your success. After your session, you can sign up to get me who will meet with you one on one each week via phone or face-to-face to keep you accountable, help narrow your vision and prioritize your actions.
