HELLO FEB
#DISCIPLINE #FREEDOM #LOVE
Discipline empowers freedom and love. ❤
During the Tet holiday, Jen met a young man—about ten years younger than her—who lives next door. As Jen passed by his house, he called out, smiled, and greeted her: "Hello, big brother, do you still remember this little brother?"
When Jen was little, she often made him call her big brother to feel respected and strong. ^^
He had just returned from the army—a highly disciplined environment. Jen could feel his positive, cheerful, and clear energy. She also recognized her younger self’s desire for respect and strength and the journey of learning to love herself while creating freedom through discipline.
Discipline nurtures growth: It plants seeds of possibility, effectiveness, a servant mindset, dedication, joy, love, and gratitude.
Discipline strengthens self-love: Every time we follow through on our commitments—even when it’s hard—we honor and love ourselves. Choosing long-term values over short-term comfort deepens that self-respect.
Discipline creates focus: It frees us by helping us prioritize what truly matters, rather than getting lost in distractions.
Self-discipline includes grace: It’s about returning to our practices, even when we stray for a day or two.
Wishing us all a February filled with discipline, focus on what matters, and harmony with the flow of life. ❤
