Rebirth Mastermind: The Leader's Voice
A six-week mastermind for eight senior leaders whose responsibility has grown faster than their voice. Find the message only you can carry, and lead the rooms that matter with it.
As responsibility grows, so do the rooms: the board that wants certainty, the team that needs direction through change, the client who is deciding, the international partner who hears you in your second language.
Many senior leaders speak well in all of them, and still feel they are speaking as their role rather than as themselves.
The Leader's Voice is for the moment you want both: the authority of the role and the sound of the person.
Weeks 1–2
What is mine to say? An opening circle, in person, to find your story, your values and a first leadership message.
Real room: say it in one real meeting.
Weeks 3–4
Can I stay myself in the rooms that test me? Presence, structure, disagreement, and speaking across cultures and in English.
Real room: one high-stakes moment, such as a board, a client or a negotiation.
Weeks 5–6
What do I lead with now? Refine the message and carry it into your work.
Real room: the Messenger Evening, five minutes to guests from your own team and network.
In every circle, every leader speaks. Two or three bring an upcoming high-stakes moment, and the circle and Jen coach it live.
For more than 15 years, Jen has worked across leadership development, public speaking, coaching and entrepreneurship with leaders and founders from more than 50 countries.
She is a two-time TEDx speaker and a three-time national champion of the international public-speaking contest (2019, 2020 and 2022), and regional champion in 2022. She is also an EMCC Senior Practitioner, a Chevening and Erasmus Mundus alumna, and a doctoral researcher at Tampere University studying professional identity learning and coaching-based leadership development.
The Leader's Voice grows from NEXT LEADERS, her coached journey in which people find confidence not by becoming louder, but by becoming more fully themselves.
A voice grows faster when it meets other voices. Each cohort is co-created with leaders who join selected circles as guests, so you practise in front of the kinds of people you lead, pitch to and learn from.
Broadcast Voice x Investor Perspective
Speaking with the clarity and calm of a VTV1 broadcast, and hearing a message the way an investor decides: capital, ownership, risk and readiness.
High Energy x Silicon Valley Perspective
Pitching and storytelling with Silicon Valley energy, drawn from the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem there.
Conscious Leadership
Speaking from greater awareness of self, relationships, responsibility and impact, so authority and humanity sound like the same person.
Life Philosophy x Political Economy
A wider lens for a leader's message: human life, meaning, society, economic systems and responsible contribution.
Operations x Execution
Senior operations mentoring that connects what a leader says with systems, discipline and execution, so the message holds on the ground.
Not everyone joins every cohort. Each co-creator joins where their voice is useful, shaped by the cohort's needs and their availability. Investment conversations are never part of the programme.
USD 1,340per leader
Eight places per cohort. Payment in full or in two instalments before the start. For leaders in Vietnam, the VND amount uses the Vietcombank rate on the day of payment. Companies can sponsor a seat with an invoice, and private cohorts for 6–8 leaders from one organisation are available on request.
No. It is a coached mastermind for leaders who already speak often, and want to sound like themselves when the stakes are highest.
Six weekly circles of 2.5 hours on weekday mornings, one private session, and a five-minute talk at the Messenger Evening. Most of the practice happens inside meetings you already have.
Vietnamese, English or both, agreed with each cohort. Speaking in international rooms is part of the practice.
Yes. Jen International can invoice your company for a sponsored seat, or design a private cohort for 6–8 leaders from one organisation.
A 30-minute conversation about your leadership, the rooms that test you and what you want from six weeks, to see together whether the mastermind is the right next step.
Let it sound like you in the rooms that matter most.
