Find Your Voice
Identity, self-awareness, speaker confidence, personal story, and the courage to be seen.
Empower Your Voice. Expand Your World.
A transformational public-speaking and global-leadership journey for young people and adults who are ready to express themselves confidently, connect across cultures, and lead as who they truly are.
It is to trust your voice, shape your message, and carry it into the wider world.
Many people have intelligence, experience, ideas, and something meaningful to contribute. Yet when they are invited to speak, present, interview, or enter an international room, their voice becomes smaller than who they truly are.
NEXT LEADERS creates a safe but courageous space to practise speaking, receive constructive feedback, understand personal identity, and build the confidence required for leadership across cultures.
Identity, self-awareness, speaker confidence, personal story, and the courage to be seen.
Speech structure, storytelling, audience connection, concise thinking, and memorable expression.
Intercultural communication, functional English confidence, curiosity, respect, and global exposure.
Initiative, teamwork, interviews, contribution, social-impact ideas, and visible leadership.
Explore identity, values, strengths, and the personal experiences that shape your voice.

She has supported young people, educators, professionals, founders, and changemakers to discover their voice, strengthen confidence, and translate lived experience into meaningful leadership and contribution.
NEXT LEADERS does not ask participants to imitate a perfect speaker. It helps each person become more fully themselves—and learn how to communicate that self with clarity, confidence, and care.
The flagship cohort is designed as a 12-week experience, with tailored formats available for intensive programmes, schools, organisations, and private groups.
Speaking video, learner reflection, confidence assessment, and personal goals.
Attendance, practice, feedback, speaking progress, and individual growth areas.
Final presentation, before-and-after evidence, and a practical 90-day action plan.
For youth cohorts, parent orientation and progress communication can be included. Hoàng Hường supports the journey across student, parent, facilitator, and Jen International.

Yes. Jen International can tailor the journey around school presentations, study-abroad readiness, executive communication, leadership storytelling, innovation pitching, facilitation, or intercultural teamwork.
It is a short conversation to understand the learner’s present confidence, goals, experience, preferred format, and readiness—and to identify the most suitable pathway or cohort.
Through baseline and final speaking evidence, learner reflection, facilitator feedback, participation, practical outputs, and a continuing-development plan.
Begin with a FIT Conversation to explore the right pathway for you, your child, your school, or your organisation.
