The voice already exists

The goal is not to become the loudest person in the room.

It is to trust your voice, shape your message, and carry it into the wider world.

Many people have intelligence, experience, ideas, and something meaningful to contribute. Yet when they are invited to speak, present, interview, or enter an international room, their voice becomes smaller than who they truly are.

NEXT LEADERS creates a safe but courageous space to practise speaking, receive constructive feedback, understand personal identity, and build the confidence required for leadership across cultures.

Know yourself before trying to impress others.
Communicate clearly without copying someone else’s style.
Build confidence through repeated action—not motivational theory alone.
Step into global environments without losing your roots.

Frequently asked questions

A clear beginning.

Is this an English course?

No. NEXT LEADERS is a public-speaking and global-leadership journey. English or bilingual speaking can be integrated according to learner level, but the programme does not replace language instruction.

Does a participant need to feel confident before joining?

No. Confidence is one of the outcomes. What matters is willingness to practise, receive feedback, and participate in a supportive environment.

Is the same curriculum used for youth and adults?

The four-phase foundation is shared, while examples, speaking challenges, coaching depth, assessment, and final outputs are tailored to age, experience, and goals.

Can this be customised for a school or organisation?

Yes. Jen International can tailor the journey around school presentations, study-abroad readiness, executive communication, leadership storytelling, innovation pitching, facilitation, or intercultural teamwork.

What is a FIT Conversation?

It is a short conversation to understand the learner’s present confidence, goals, experience, preferred format, and readiness—and to identify the most suitable pathway or cohort.

How is progress measured?

Through baseline and final speaking evidence, learner reflection, facilitator feedback, participation, practical outputs, and a continuing-development plan.

Your voice is already there

The next step is learning to trust it, shape it, and carry it into the world.

Begin with a FIT Conversation to explore the right pathway for you, your child, your school, or your organisation.
