* Acknowledge the doubts: 'Thanks for coming and preparing me for the next level of growth'

* Observe and feel the doubts through the sensations in your body: 'I see you, thank you., You don't need to stay long or control me, you are free now'

* Detach from the Doubts: 'I am not you, doubts, thank you, we are free now'

* Reconnect with what matters and express gratitude for what you have accomplished

* Take the first step with peace, focusing on what matters most
