Last weekend, we did a workshop on the cohesion of the founder/key team of a startup. Each startup had 3 people - the founder/main implementation team.
In an activity, we split into 3 teams – each team has 1 member representing 1 startup. Each team will make business models of 3 companies of 3 members. A member of one team will then talk about that business model with the other two teams – the other two, discussing how much of that model matches that of the member from that startup.
The match of all 3 members in startup 1 is about 60%
The match of all 3 members in startup 2 is about 70%
The match of all 3 members in startup 1 is about 80%
