YOUR HEART is SINGING

when you do this…

I was speeding up in order to hit the last miles of my daily running circuit…

“Hi, can you please help us to take pictures…”

Suddenly, a girl stopped me asking me to take pictures of her and her friends while they were biking…

A thought popped up in my head, “How could she stop me while I was running that fast? If I had been walking then it would have been OK…, and there were other people who were walking…she didn’t ask them…”

But right after that, another thought came to me “I am always preaching to people to do an act of kindness every day, so here we go…”

I then became a camera girl asking them to take different poses…and I took around 10 pictures for them…

I was taught that, “If we say yes to do something, do it with 100% of our heart…”

I then detected a great feeling rising inside my heart…saying, “Bye” to them and about to continue running…

“Have a wonderful awesome day sis, keep going!” they called out to me as I disappeared.

No matter what is the impulse thought comes to you when someone asks you do something, when you do it, your heart will be singing...

KINDNESS makes our heart sing…
