Observing, asking primary questions and daily reflection (crucial elements of coaching) have helped me to re-invent my life, with the two most significant changes: (1) my self- identity (from a silent, bitter countryside kid to an outgoing, grateful passionate person); (2) my career from a passionate engineer to developing a new career based on my passion as an international coach, trainer, speaker, and writer!
Through my journey of learning and developing myself every day (self-coaching) and by being coached by top coaches in the world as well as coaching and training people from over 30 countries over the last decade, I commit to help you and I know how to help you too!
